I first came in contact with Bill when we wanted to sell our old house in Alton Village Burlington. The fire place needed to be serviced. A former colleague of Bill at Reliance referred him. I contacted Bill, he answered promptly, and was able to fix the problem. My first impression of him was that of a consummate professional, easy going, welcoming, and a perfect gentleman. Alfie Barbone: I'm in a 2nd floor condo unit and needed a water tank with new pipe vented from the laundry room, across the hall, and across the kitchen. Bill chose a slightly bigger tank than the standard size- smart! Pat Butler: September 1, 2023 we had your technician Wes C. arrive on time to check out our furnace and air conditioner. He is a very personable young man and answered all my husband and myself's questions on all the workings of the furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. Ollie our cat enjoyed his company, Chloe was asleep. He showed us his pictures of his two cats, beautiful. Elan Jarvis: Nothing ever stops working when it's convenient. On January 30, 2023, my combination boiler/tankless hot water system quit in the middle of the night and we woke to a cold house. I called MDM Mechanical. Mike, the owner and operator of the company answered the phone himself and although he had several booked appointments, he said he would fit me in. He arrived at my house within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace working good as new within twenty minutes. Our hot water went out recently and I actually called a few places but they were all busy so I went back to Hamco. Today they sent Nolan and I couldn't be happier. He was great.
