Rina Gonzalez: at first but once you are in the office the welcoming is amazingThis place is from the Mohawk university and the sessions are provided from the students that need hours to complete their certificationThey are working with a teacher and at the first visit they will make a file for you with all your info and health information to better assist youThey don’t give a bill for insurance but the price is very lowIf you have being or are a Mohawk student or worked or work for it the price for an hour session is of $11,50Otherwise is a bit more than $33Keep in mind this are students but they are really good and for the price it can’t be wrongYou can book your appointment onlineIt’s sometimes very busy it may take 1-2 weeks to have one appointment

Lydia Jean: After 66 years of living in the same house and other significant life changes, my Dad moved to Caroline Place. The staff were helpful, encouraging and friendly, helping him to adjust to this major life change. I found the staff pleasant, supportive and very importantly, accessible. Ready to answer our questions, clarify a procedure/protocol and address any concerns. As time moved forward Dad embraced the Caroline Place environment, enjoying several activities, Happy Hours and outings. As a family we often enjoyed the Sunday Brunch, and participated in the events. As his health started to fail further, the Wellness staff were ready, capable and willing to take over the administration of his meds, and assist him in daily living requirements. We will always be grateful for their support, warmth and professionalism.My father passed just before Covid came to Hamilton. Based on our nearly 3 years experience with Caroline Place, when another family member needed to be in a supportive living environment, we once again have turned to Caroline Place. I have been impressed with the proactive stance CP management has taken in their response to Covid. The safety, well-being and care of the residents has been forefront. Infection control protocols were swiftly put into place and upgraded as the Covid situation developed; the mental/physical health of the residents balanced with the need for stricter isolation and distancing; weekly communication updates sent to the family members and residents as the situation continues to evolve.Caroline Place is a positive, vibrant and respectful environment, with it's residents' well-being always a priority. Thank you to all of Caroline Place staff for all you do. We definitely recommend Caroline Place.

Genuinely friendly and always helpful and professional.It's clean, the food is good and they have lots of activities.But, I just have to emphasize one point. I can sleep at night because they had a quick and thorough plan when Covid19 started. They have continued to adapt and always in the best interest of their residents. They have communicated with families and residents often and thoroughly.I am extremely relieved my father chose Caroline Place. They deserve a reward for their professionalism and care. Kathleen Fox: The Caroline Place retirement home is absolutely amazing! During this Covid-19 pandemic our mom has been in the best possible hands. All the staff are so kind and considerate! There has not been a single Covid case and it's because they have taken such amazing measures to ensure the residence is clean and safe for everyone. We can't thank the Caroline Place staff enough for all that they do! We highly recommend this residence for anyone looking for a new place to call home.

We couldn't have been happier with her choice of Caroline Place for her retirement living and home. As she aged, she required more care and the Caroline Place team helped us to provide that and helped us every step of the way. My Mom had a beautiful suite, great food, a social calendar and compassionate, personal and authentic care. Over the 6 years we grew to think of the Caroline Place team as a second family. Kat G: I have lived with Victoria Park Community Homes for 20+ years. I have found management on all levels courteous and professional. Some tenants complaining need to follow protocol like for starters put in a maintenance form to get things done it truly does help! Also you choose to live in a complex you will not get a long with all your neighbours and that is not management's fault so learn to call police first! It is a great place to live and raise your children, I would highly recommend applying for a unit.

Stephanie Lachance: We bought our home in mini lakes on the lake in January 2022.. We have 2 young children. Mini lakes is the perfect place to raise children. Lots of fishing, swimming at the pool, bocce ball, horse shoes, golf cart rides around the lovely property. It’s only a short drive to South Guelph for all of your shopping needs. Highly recommend Mini Lakes for families!!! We are happy we moved here!

Janet Holly: Mini Lakes is a great place to raise a family, lots of young couples moving in here with their kids! Safe, clean, quiet! There's a pool, a community centre and lots of nature! Great neighbours and the home prices couldn't be beat! Hope more young families consider Mini Lakes for their next home purchase! It's no longer exclusively a 55+ community so come on in!
