Elan Jarvis: Nothing ever stops working when it's convenient. On January 30, 2023, my combination boiler/tankless hot water system quit in the middle of the night and we woke to a cold house. I called MDM Mechanical. Mike, the owner and operator of the company answered the phone himself and although he had several booked appointments, he said he would fit me in. He arrived at my house within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace working good as new within twenty minutes. The low cost of the repair was a pleasant surprise and there was no "Covid surcharge" or "emergency visit fee" tacked onto it. Nathan: The first time I used these guys was back in August when I was having an issue with my AC after purchasing my home. They hooked me up with a wifi controlled Ecobee system, making my home easier to regulate both at home and remotely. I was impressed with the customer service throughout the job - they walked me through the rebate process with the Ecobee thermostat, and due to them arriving a little late for the job, they even offered a slight discount compared to their estimated price. I recently just called them again for a furnace issue, and one of the owners helped me troubleshoot over the phone and sent me detailed photos and descriptions of parts to buy at Canadian tire to fix the issue. I was expecting an invoice at the end, but the owner told me he was happy to help me get my furnace up and running and didn't even charge. Very rare customer service from this type of company!

About 10 days ago we had to turn to The HVAC Service because of our heater. Jason, the technician, finished everything fast, and he said the machine is going to perform well from here on out. Instead of saying "no, sorry, I have to go," he complied with our request for a water heater inspection. Each and every detail was examined carefully. Thankfully, there was no need for any repairs. The whole thing has beyond our expectations, and we would recommend them.
To put it simply, they have talent. They are kind over the phone and provide a courtesy call 30 minutes before the technician is due to arrive. Chris stayed with us after he repaired our overheated furnace to ensure we understood how to maintain it properly and that his work would endure. Each and every one of the possible stars should be given to this service. Their tune-ups are excellent.
It was a catastrophe to move after checking the heating systems. The previous owners were concerned about possible boiler leaks and wanted to get them fixed quickly. With the assistance of The HVAC Service, we were able to. Dave showed on the same day for his scheduled visit. Dave was a pro at working with rusty pipes. Nothing; I'm hopeless when it comes to heating system repairs, and I've learned nothing from online tutorials. This company was referred to me when my tankless water heater started leaking. Their expert diagnosed the mineral deposit and fixed the problem effectively.

He is a very personable young man and answered all my husband and myself's questions on all the workings of the furnace, humidifier and air conditioner. I called Lancaster and spoke with Sara, explained the situation and she was able to have one of their technicians, Rob, come same day and check the air conditioning.
