Elan Jarvis: Nothing ever stops working when it's convenient. On January 30, 2023, my combination boiler/tankless hot water system quit in the middle of the night and we woke to a cold house. I called MDM Mechanical. Mike, the owner and operator of the company answered the phone himself and although he had several booked appointments, he said he would fit me in. He arrived at my house within a couple of hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and had the furnace working good as new within twenty minutes. The low cost of the repair was a pleasant surprise and there was no "Covid surcharge" or "emergency visit fee" tacked onto it. Without hesitation, he recommend Donny at Pipe Fit and I could not be happier with the work. Not only did Donny install the gas line for my stove, but we also added a gas line for my BBQ and rerouted a pipe on my gas meter so it would comply with front yard parking. Donny was extremely professional, on time and explained every accept of the job. He also walked me through the job so I understood exactly what was done. Great service, Great value why would you use anyone else for all your gas needs. I highly recommend Donny for all you gas needs.

Muhammad: Our newly installed air conditioner was leaking by the coil box and there were puddles of water. The original installer tried but couldn’t fix the issue and said it was just a normal condensation. But I knew that was not true. Nathan: The first time I used these guys was back in August when I was having an issue with my AC after purchasing my home. They hooked me up with a wifi controlled Ecobee system, making my home easier to regulate both at home and remotely. I was impressed with the customer service throughout the job - they walked me through the rebate process with the Ecobee thermostat, and due to them arriving a little late for the job, they even offered a slight discount compared to their estimated price. I recently just called them again for a furnace issue, and one of the owners helped me troubleshoot over the phone and sent me detailed photos and descriptions of parts to buy at Canadian tire to fix the issue. I was expecting an invoice at the end, but the owner told me he was happy to help me get my furnace up and running and didn't even charge. Very rare customer service from this type of company!
