We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!

Tricia Spencer: I brought my TV to them a couple weeks ago to try to fix. I spoke with the woman I believe was Elizabeth and she was lovely! It's unfortunate not everyone has had the same experience. She got back to me the next day about my tv just as she claimed. They weren't able to fix my tv, I already had guessed I'd have to buy a new one. They offered to dispose of it for me so I didn't have to go back down because I didn't live close by. My experience with them, although they weren't able to repair my tv was a positive one. I will return for further tv repair needs!
Justin Lee Heska /Heshka: . Unfortunately they have no control over the manufacturer and their process. I know all to well because I had my LG OLED C2 2022 brand new shut down on me and it was LG that misinformed Coltech and you can’t fault the little guys from doing everything they can to solve everything. Unfortunately there was no fix but to replace the TV yet LG still pushed Coltech to do more. That’s when I pushed back to the individuals who caused a 7 week headache and stress over a 4000$ tV. These people at Coltech are professional and deal with angered consumers all the time. Please be courteous to the people at Coltech because they will go above and beyond to get your problem solved especially if you work with them and not against them. Give your warranty proceedures and policy feedback to the manufacturers as they are the culprits that stand in the way of resolution between consumer and manufacturer. These guys have been around for a long time and I was at first worried over the reviews but trust me!!! THESE PEOPLE EVERYONE OF THEM THAT I DEALT WITH WERE NOTHING BUT KIND AND QUICK AND INFORMANT AS WELL.

I gave 5 stars cause that was the level of service I got. 65" TV bought from Costco, needed warranty service Coltech was the company that was advised to do the warranty repair. from call # 1 from Elizabeth to getting my TV back quickly. Communication and quick service was given. Coltech even held my TV after repair till I got back form vacation. I do recommend Coltech only because of the level of service I did get. thank-you to the Coltech team
Nick: Based on my experience with them being employed through Samsung to replace my panel under warranty, I have to say I am very surprised by the overwhelming negative response to the company. Elizabeth was polite and professional. Within the hour of making my ticket with Samsung a week ago today, she called to ask a few essential questions. It took a few more business days than I had been told to source the parts, but a week later, my OLED panel has been replaced, no questions asked.The technician was polite as well. Arrived right on time within the window I was given. Elizabeth called ahead 15 minutes in advance to let me know. The tech needed a hand with unmounting the television, unboxing the the replacement panel, and then remounting the television. In total he took less than an hour.This all begs the question as to why my experience was markedly different from the norm? I can only assume that their operator doesn't put up with the general levels of rudeness that frustrated electronics users can exhibit when something breaks within warranty. It's almost like reciprocal politeness and respect were a novel concept!
M V: I had Coltech deal with our TV under Costco warranty. They were very prompt with multiple forms of communication, showed up on time with 20 minute warning calls before arrival, and they resolved my issue very quickly. I had a great experience with them!

We Got Games: Was looking for a nice 4k projector for my living room and wanted something bright as it’s got windows and lighting control in the day isn’t 100% possible. Bought a JVC LX-NZ3 projector on a recommendation from the sales team and after a few concerns they were nice enough to not only hook up the projector in the showroom but have a JVC rep come in to check my issue and show me some settings as well as give me some basic calibration settings to get started. Currently watching it and really really happy with my purchase. I’ve bought a few projectors there before and when ready to upgrade my home theater projector later this year I’ll be back there 100%.

The size of the sectional can be accommodated to your liking, by adding individual recliner pieces. It’s very simple to install, the recliners slide together and click to lock in place. What I love most about these recliners are the cup holders, blue LED lights and the vast amount of storage in the arm rests which can accommodate a laptop and charger that can be plugged in at all times via the charging port located inside. Definitely recommend this reclining powered leather sectional.

Sommer Walkins: I do hope I've picked the correct Kiosk. I took the escalator at limeridge mall into the food court, and found Chatr a hope skip and a jump from getting off the escalator. I was only looking for a screen protector for my youngest son's phone.. I also needed one. Lucky who worked there was so helpful! Our phones almost looked brand new. Thank you for all the help today

The staff are extremely friendly and compassionate, they work with you on your plan so that it fits your budget. They are straight up with the fees and cost, and if for some reason you cannot make your payment they will work with you. So, if you are seeking a rent to own place, I would definitely go here!
