I walked in looking for a PS5 and walked out with an upgraded phone, a wayyy cheaper phone plan and INCREDIBLE savings on the PS5!! Nima is hands down the best for all the money he saved me! I would have saved on my internet as well had Bell service worked in my area, but the Source team really tried!! They were patient and even let me come back to finish the process because I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break. Such good guys, only going to this location from now on!

Gianni Porco: Excellent experience overall. went in to Visions about a couple weeks ago looking for a washer and dryer . The staff were knowledgeable friendly and remarkable . They didn’t have the matching dryer and I was set on the one set . The manager and staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and picked up the dryer from another store to get me the set I wanted . The staff were all so helpful and helped me load it in my truck and wrapped it all to make sure nothing would get damaged . I would recommend anyone needing something to go shop there cause they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with what you are buying and don’t force you to buy it unless it’s what you want . Thanks again to the manager and all the staff members . Great experience as always .

Nasir M: Since it's become a habit order online, It was after while that I had to visit an electronic store for a quick shopping. Wanted to buy a gaming laptop for my kid. We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Store wasn't busy there were barely some shopper at that time. Still waiting that long was kinda annoying.
Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!
