I ordered two new custom built Santa outfits at Theatrix. They were upfront with me about the estimated time of delivery, which fortunately met my desired deadline. They sent pics of different fabric samples they found at suppliers. I went in person to Theatrix to make my final fabric selection. They subsequently did an initial fitting of the shell of the costumes, then another fitting and then final adjustments and detailed parts. When doing final adjustments and detailed parts, two seamstresses worked for over 6 hours, well into the evening, to complete the job so I could return that evening to Toronto with my two new outfits. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was inspirational. I felt like I could trust them at all times. And, the final products have received rave reviews from my annual clients to whom I sent pics, and from family and friends across the country. Thank you everyone for your team effort and diligence. It is only July and you are already on Santa's nice list.

From the initial email and descriptions I sent, they pulled out several options for me to look at and it was ready on a rack when I arrived. The staff listened carefully and appropriately tagged each costume for the characters we needed, making pick-up and organizing “who wears what” on set so easy. The costumes look authentic and are well maintained. Drop-off was easy as well. Definitely recommend and will return.

We found what we were looking for in less than 15 minutes but took 30 minutes to wait for a in-store representative to pull the the item out for us. Hamilton Guy: Today I went to this Best Buy location to drop off some old electronic equipment. I was greeted at the door by Will; he was very friendly and had a genuine desire to help. I had quite a bit of equipment to bring in, so he came out to my car and helped me to bring it all in! I was very impressed with the service, especially considering that I wasn't buying anything. This is why I regularly shop at this Best Buy. My only advice; hire more people like Will!
