Thi Ha Kyaw: Indeed. It's the best dim sum place in Hamilton and its within 50km radius.I'm very impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food it serves. The cost is on a little higher side. Lucas Bagliolid: I have driven past iron chef my entire life but have never tried it. However just recently I saw an article in the Spec about the local business. I decided to go and try it out… Very delicious, service was fantastic and very polite, and above all the portion sizes are great. I will be returning again for sure very happy with this local business.
David de Boer: I was introduced to Iron Chef about 20 years ago as the best Dim Sum in Toronto and Hamilton. I was living in Cambridge, and it wouldn’t be unusual to see people we knew from Kitchener driving all the way there for the good food.Fast forward to last weekend. Brought the love of my life there for lunch. She is from Philippines, but has lived in Taiwan, South Korea and Hong Kong. She likes Iron Chef and says it is the authentic style from Hong Kong. If she says it’s good, then it’s good!!!!

Noah Moruzi: Went here a week or so ago with 2 other friends. The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself felt nice. Between the 3 of us, we ordered chicken fried rice, General chow chicken, chicken balls, and dry cooked beans. The food was good and tasted more authentic than the Chinese food I have gotten from restaurants in the surrounding area. There was more than enough for all of us, and with the bill split between us, it was pretty cheap aswell. Would recommend.
Avinash Singh: This is nestled in Westdale Village in the west end of Hamilton. Its a lovely location to dine, its not been as busy as it used to pre-pandemic but just means i get served delicious meals faster. The food is great tasting and portions are good value. The ataff are very accommodating and you can order ahead. If they tell you 15 to 20mins they mean it unless you get a busy evening which is when its busiest especially Friday and Saturday as the outdoor scene in Westdale offers lots to do.

Jade Yang: I don't know why the low rating, I'm from Northern China and hubby is Italian and we both love this place. Food is well made, staff is friendly, and menu is big with pictures and restaurant is clean. Had Sweet & Sour Pork and Soy Eggplants today, both were awesome. Going to try something new every time until we make our way through the menu 😋 Price was good too, under $20/pp after tax and tip and we left very full.
Omar Medina: If you want good Northern Chinese food, this is the place to go. The prices are good and the dishes are full of flavour. My favourite dishes here are the Braised Pork Belly, Brain Intestine in Brown Sauce and the Zha Jiang Mian.

Grace Kuei: This place is very authentic, including the atmosphere. My husband and I lived in northern China for a year in 2014 and since then we've periodically crave some northern Chinese food. Sparkle delievered that. However, they are not like the regular restuarants as there is no music or pleasant servant being attentative. If you want an authentic Chinese small town restuarant experience, this would be the place to go.
Smith: We were really impressed. The menu was in English and Chinese and had plenty of colour photos to follow. The resto was recommended to us. We knew this was Northern Chinese so we didn't expect bobo balls, but this was clearly authentic. The prices were entirely reasonable and everything was delicious. We will definitely be back.

William Kung: Really the best place to eat for students. The owner was very nice and took good care of us. The taste of home-cooked food is something you can't find in other restaurants, the price is affordable, and the food is delicious and healthy. Those who require "advanced" service quality and speed can eat restaurants that are five times more expensive and charge a 10% service charge.
