There are so many Tim Hortons locations in Hamilton so it's difficult to really stand out, but competent workers and a clean location do wonders. This location also has padded benches so sitting to catch up with old friends or hammer out a business meeting is a lot more enjoyable. Due to its location, a majority of its orders are drive thru meaning more seating and less noise for sit-ins!

Wow the coffee is not very good.the doughnuts are bad defrosted cardboard but same with all their food its not very good. Only reason I would go is if no other coffee place around .but there's a McDonald's down the street and they have much better coffee. Service is slow but better than a lot of tim Hortons.i would not recommend this place go somewhere else.

Tim Hortons is not a good place for diabetics to get a coffee with their breakfast or lunch in general. I always order a triple triple with sweetener, then they would add sugar to it. Why is that? Being a type one diabetic, I never put sugar in my coffee since I was diagnosed with it when I was twelve years old. I think you have lost a customer.
