Jesstine Carden: I got an oil change on my truck, and I'm so glad I came to this location.When I called I needed to get in right away as I was leaving for vacation - and was already a bit overdue for the oil change. At first they were booked up, but once I explained my situation the lady on the phone was able to fit me in and I was so grateful.Ashley was the receptionist that took care of me and she was so polite and professional. We had a great conversation which was an added plus.I will definitely be going to this location for every maintenence needed.

Rishabh Kumawat: Bought a used Subaru last week and couldn't be more happier with the deal. Special thanks to Paul for being such a great help throughout our buying process. We got the car delivery in 3 days and all the paperwork was super smooth. No inflated pricing and no pressure on buying 100 different things other than the listed price.We had some tire balancing issues but they were very accommodative and fixed it without asking questions. Good thing is they have their own service center with a trained staff. Very professional, no wonder they are in the business for over a century. I wish they had something similar in Mississauga.

I came here from out of town, because unfortunately my local Dealership in St Catharine's has given me the runaround.I made the appointment here, was expecting to pay $180 just to diagnose an issue, and Pat was good enough to clear everything up, and send me on my way with no costs involved.I bought two cars from the guys in St Catharine's, and they've been combative and completely unhelpful. I come here, and I'm treated as though I purchased my cars here.All my Mazda service for both cars will be performed here going forward.
