John Crisci: Appointment was made very quickly with Sandra who was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived Noelle signed me in and knew exactly what my car issue was. I was offered a shuttle but I preferred to walk home. My car was ready shortly thereafter and price was exactly as I was quoted. My car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Only little critique is that after the battery was installed it would have been nice to have my clock set to correct time. As it had died during battery replacement. Overall a positive experience!!
