Sarah Gerencser: Best vet in the city! No matter how big or small your concerns are about your pet they guide you through with patience and understanding. They treat my dog like a princess when she goes in, she actually likes going to the vet! They of course cost money, but no more than any other reputable clinics. They also love her a lot.My dog is always nervous and usually doesn't take treats from the vet but she took treats from doctor Kelly with her medicine! That's a big deal!The prices are also reasonable and they work in conjunction with the Hamilton emergency vet so whenever something comes up we have help.
Joseph Watkins: Took my old dog Shia LaWoof here and my present rescue Tiffany here for all her checkups and vaccinations as she’s a rat terrier mix from Iran and nothing but the best service they even put their patients names on the exam room doors dr ciggaar was amazing even referred us to a trainer she knew that might be better priced. All tests in Heart worm and fecal flotation was about $200 less than what I was expecting would definitely recommend the blue cross team - Joe, John, and Tiffany big thanks

Kate Melymuk: Hands down the best Vet clinic in the city. My kitten was having some problems and needed immediate attention and they were able to make an appointment for him that day. They helped me through a very scary time and explained everything clearly and got my little guy back to health. The doctor and veterinary assistants were kind and compassionate trough the whole appointment. I've been going to vets for about 6 years with my older cat and this is the best experience I've had with a clinic. I'll be switching my other cat to this practice, they're so lovely!

Although I have spoken to a lot of good vets in the area, I was intrigued by Downtown Animal Hospital after speaking with the staff. I originally called Downtown Animal Hospital only in order to get my cats prescription diet as they were around the corner. I spoke to Aileen and was immediately impressed with the service and knowledge she presented. I booked an appointment for an on going issue that my cat has been dealing with for awhile, but common treatment options haven’t been an option for him. Dr. Ahn was amazing with my Max, listened to his history, and presented a different option that has been working so well so far! She is a very intuitive veterinarian with obviously a lot of experience and knowledge. Highly recommend, and I am so happy I found a Vet so close to me who is so amazing!08-05-2023 I would like to update my review and thank the wonderful staff for the past 5 months as my animals and myself wouldn’t have been the same without you. Dr Ahn and the staff are the best people/veterinary staff I have ever worked with. Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. Dr Ahn has collected a staff that makes everyone feel like family. I have seen first hand the types of people you have had to deal with, and I am so happy that you do not let them stop you from being amazing! I appreciate you all keeping a smiling face and continuing the great care you give. You are all so amazing and I would NEVER recommend anywhere different. Monique Middleton: When I got my grandfather’s miniature schnauzer three years ago, I brought them to Downtown Animal Hospital due to it being close to my house. I’m so glad that I did. When my big guy fell sick, and I needed support. They were there. When I had to make the call and let him cross the rainbow bridge. They were there. When I brought my new family member home, they welcomed her with open arms. When we had a scare with her coughing, they got me in right away. I couldn’t thank you guys enough for easing my mind that day. They genuinely care about your pets like if they are their own. It warms my heart, even when I just bring them in for a visit. Honestly, they aren’t just a vet clinic.

On my most recent visit the staff absolutely doted on her and were very gentle and did so much to keep her as comfy as possible.The examination room they put me in had a cat tree which was so thoughtful, even though my little girl was too timid to try it.They were honest about what she did and didn’t need done and made sure to come up with a plan that worked for everyone when she didn’t have enough urine for urinalysis.While most of their chairs had arms that made sitting in them inaccessible to me because they were too narrow, when I asked for a different chair they promptly and happily brought me one without making any fuss.Really kind and supportive staff too.

Throughout the whole experience, we felt our dog was in good hands and trusted Dr. Kier and his team. Clinic is very clean. Excellent prices as well. Palak Nayyar: My dog - Sexy - is usually really scared of a lot of things including vets and doesn't like to be picked up. We tried Stone Church Animal Clinic recently since our previous vet prescribed him high doses Trazadone and used to put him on a muzzle just for regular visits/vaccination which used to stress him out more. I used to dread vet visits. We have been to Stone Church Animal Clinic twice now. The staff and doctors are AMAZING and do everything to make him feel comfortable! He always goes there without any Trazadone. Today he was able to get 2 vaccinations without any muzzle with a lot of treats and he came out happy and relaxed. I would definitely recommend this clinic if your dog has anxiety issues. Special thanks to Doctor Saeid!

Catherine Friedman: We came to East Mountain Animal Hospital to unfortunately send our cat to kitty heaven as our vet did not have any availability that day that suited our schedule. The clinic ran smoothly from our perspective - the room for crossing the rainbow bridge is cute with a rainbow painting on the wall. They were professional and communicated fairly well. We had no issues.

Maybe it’s the caller just saying…receptionist listened to my long winded tale of why my cat hadn’t pooped.Vet paid attention to detail and helped us with constipation of cat.Edit: august 16th visited again today for a different issue. Saw a different vet and again very satisfied with service! Our cat was helped within the day, the vet made great suggestions and the assistant with shirt brown hair always had a smile and made us felt calm and understood. Thanks again

Alanna B: Recently moved to town and experienced our first major vet emergency on a Friday night. My dog is a “problem patient” that is extremely vet-phobic and challenging to sedate. The team here really went above and beyond for us throughout the weekend and were kind, supportive, and professional in every possible way; they set expectations and scope of what they could offer early and updated on any changes frequently. They were patient and creative in finding ways to work with my notoriously vet-phobic dog, and achieved much more with her procedurally than I would have expected in this scenario. They were able to provide much more thorough examination, diagnosis, and supportive care than they had originally anticipated/promised, and I was sent home with extra care supplies and reading material on diagnostics. They took the time and care to ensure I understood everything happening, and everything I needed to care for and monitor until next follow up. Super helpful to be ready and armed to update my family vet and move on to next steps for surgery prep first thing Monday morning. I’m confident we’ll have all the continued after hours support we will need from HEVC as we prep for and eventually recover from urgent surgery, and I’m so grateful to know they’re nearby and always available. Thanks to every member of staff for making a rough weekend a little easier!

Liv Marchese: Took my baby here earlier today, the staff was great and our vet Dr. Gallienne was great, so informative, and so caring knowing that we didn’t have the biggest budget for our elderly dog. Friendly receptionists, very clean, and I 100% recommend.
Crystal Hill: Since February I have unfortunately seen myself and each of my geriatric dogs in need of emergency medical care and in both cases we were treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. We lost our old golden boy in February, in the middle of the night due to a cardiac crisis and we were treated with nothing but love. We received the kindest card with signatures from all of the staff and one of the techs made us a special pawprint.On the next occasion a few weeks ago, our old girl was hospitalized over the weekend and with lots of great care and sweet updates she pulled through. She is gaining strength with physio and we are so happy to get more time with her. Literally amazing people.
