Jessica Petrov: Jeannie Harvey is the person to go to if you need anything. Her service and knowledge was impeccable. Found a part that was very difficult to find at 3 other stores. Called ahead and she had it ready to go by the time we arrived. I had never even heard of this store before today.

Spencer: Always seem to have the best prices on tools in Edmonton, awesome selection too. Plus their website has usually anything you can't find in store. Any time I have had a question or needed help the staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. Multiple times they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of for me. Way better service than HD or Lowe's in my opinion.
