A P: So incredibly happy with the customer service I received. I ordered an item online and it was missing a part. Worried I would have to return the item by mail or drive 2 hours to my nearest Lee valley store I reached out via email and they sent me confirmation of shipping the missing part within a day. I’ll definitely shop again, it’s so nice to know they value their customers in such a way.

I was very happy that they were able to do it on this occasion!Overall, the service was outstanding and the price of the repair was fair.Highly recommend this repair shop!

IF You can make it there when they are open :( I feel like some Weekend staff would pay for themselves very quickly due to the number of people that work between 9am and 5pm monday to friday.
