Spencer Bevan: Had Blayne make me up a clutch line to delete the clutch damper in my 07 Honda Fit. He replied to my 5 or so emails back and forth promptly before I came in, and even when I asked him to make a revision because I gave him the wrong spec for one fitting, he didn’t charge me extra to fix it even though it was 100% my fault. 60$ for a made-to-order clutch line is a steal for the level and speed of service they provided. I will be recommending this place to all of my gearhead friends.

James Brown: My truck power steering hose let go in the cold weather two days before Christmas. Other shops said I'd have to wait a week or even two. Capilano Auto worked it into their schedule and fixed it the same day, really saved me. Since then, they fixed a low oil pressure problem for $20 instead of $500 by figuring out that the problem was a poor quality filter installed by a quick-lube place. Top notch.

Yesterday about 2:20 PM we drove to Capilano Automotive right from a fender bender & explained how we were already late for our vacation & that the Emergency Response & also the police had just spent at least an hour sweating in efforts to get enough clearance for our front tire to turn the tire enough to get to someplace for repair. Three persons came to our aid as soon as we stepped up to the front desk & all of them came outside to see the damage. Each one expressed concern & tried their best to get us back on the road. Within 5 minutes we were safe to drive again & unbelievably they refused to take any payment from us!! Just want to thank the owner, receptionist & mechanic for their help at Capilano Automative.

Dale Taylor: Bettchers Auto is hands down the best place to take your vehicle. The staff is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My vehicle was towed into Bettchers after a faulty service at a "lube shop" they were in contact with me every step of the way and got my truck fixed quickly and done right. They explained to me all that was needed and delivered as promised. It's very rare in today's world to have a place like Bettchers where they do amazing work and the customer service is an absolute 10 out of 10. I will be recommending Bettchers to everyone I know.

Ten A: I was recommend to Bettcher’s Auto by a coworker. I had started to notice that my brakes were beginning to grind and I had no air conditioning for hot days. I was a bit worried about going somewhere I have not been especially after having a bad experience with the dealership for my truck. I called on Friday morning and spoke with Dean. After explaining my issue I lucked out, they had a cancellation and I was able to drop off my vehicle for the following Monday morning. The service was amazing, they fixed my vehicle and when they encountered an unexpected issue the auto shop kept my truck till they were satisfied with the repair. The convenience of dropping my vehicle before opening hours/picking up after hours, the communication about what was happening and why was awesome. Dean was very kind to explain the mechanics of the repair to me so that I was able to understand and made me feel very confident and comfortable leaving my vehicle. Thank you so much.Service:Brakes
