Lindsay Erickson: They don't offer the service I was looking for, but the staff was amazing and very kind. They took the time to talk to my son about the work they do and what type of blades they work on. It was a great experience.

Andrew McGibbon: We've been using Clement and his staff for awhile now. Started with purchasing band saw bands for our horizontal band saw. The account rep asked the right questions and offered samples/alternatives for us to experiment with. All of our bands come from them now. We've now switched over to them for our circular saw blade maintenance, repairs and sharpening. So far their workmanship is stellar, we are pleased with the results we are seeing from their efforts. I highly recommend them.

I don’t live in Edmonton, but brought in my MAC2400 compressor that had stopped building pressure.The guys were accommodating to my situation and were able to make the repairs the same day. Please understand that this may not always be possible depending on the nature of the work you may need done. I was very happy that they were able to do it on this occasion!Overall, the service was outstanding and the price of the repair was fair.Highly recommend this repair shop!

IF You can make it there when they are open :( I feel like some Weekend staff would pay for themselves very quickly due to the number of people that work between 9am and 5pm monday to friday.

Sehrish Ali: What an amazing service I received today, I have not experienced it in my life time. I had lost my lawn mower key so first I searched online and found it for around $60 at Walmart online. The key didn’t properly fit after I finally received it a month later, anyways I then I found Dewalt’s contact and I was told it would be $30 but when I went to pick it up David decided to give it for free along with a new charger for the mower. Thank Dave for the kindness and making my day brighter.
Andriy: I had an issue with the 203 Stanley Tool Box set that I bought in 2019 and was frustrated that the tools did not work as intended. The original store in Saskatoon did not want to work with me and the tools that were defective were not available anymore. So I had to come to Edmonton to figure everything out.David, the store manager in DeWalt, helped me out. He listened to my problem and explained what was going on. I drove all the way from Saskatoon and I’m very fortunate that this business has honourable workers who stands by the company’s philosophy to make good products. And if there is a problem, they make it right. Which David did. Excellent service. Great overall experience. Highly recommended!
Rene Durand: If you need any Black & Decker parts. Don't waste your time going to any of the big box retailers. As they don't carry parts for equipment they sell. The Dewalt Factory Service outlet. Has the parts and the experienced properly trained staff. I came in to replace the fan on BV2500 type 8 leaf blower amd vacume.
