Maureen Duggan: Warmth, compassion, and positivity are adjectives that aptly describe Dr. Bernadette McEvoy.She is outstanding in every way a physician should be or aspires to be. Dr. McEvoy has worked in several countries before coming to Canada and I believe her advanced knowledge and extensive experience augment, the already high level of care she provides to her patients.Regarding the clinic itself, the staff is pleasant and accommodating. The one aspect of the clinic that was a huge fail in the past was the inability to get in touch with the clinic to book an appointment because the phone lines were constantly busy. It was easier for me to just drive there to make an appointment in person. I am happy to report that this is no longer the case as the clinic has upgraded its phone system which seems to have solved the issue.The clinic experience now is both pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend Callingwood Crossing Medical Clinic and the adjacent pharmacy.

I used to see Dr Paquette but he retired. last time I was there the dr was great just not sure his name anymore. got diagnostics test ordered.great place in all.
Lily Mounma: I really appreciate the customer service I received at the front desk. As a new parent we tend to feel the urgency when our baby is going through something and we feel helpless therefore need to seek a physician. It is Sat and most medicenters are booked up or dont have a walk in doctor. I'm glad they felt my urgency and found away to make it work.

WW Grunow: We were here at the clinic this morning for the first visit b/c our GP wasn't available today. We called in just wanted to see if this clinic will accept walk-in patient because we were declined by other 3 walk-in clinics already as they accepted only by appointment. Thankfully the lady on the phone was very helpful, we called in at 11:15am, she booked my daughter right away at 11:50am. The doctor saw her around 12:15pm. The front ladies are very nice. Thank you very much for all your help. We are very impressed with the service.

Adam M.: Dr Sufian is the best at what he does. I always feel comfortable, and leave his office feeling confident I have received the best care possible. I have never had any issues with the front desk staff, they have treated me with respect and are also polite and well mannered.

CRP Horkey: I first met Dr. Sufian Hmeid and clinic staff on July 22 2019 and sought some sleeping pills to get my sleep back on track. I should have listened to him that day and being an obstinate type of person, I thought I knew what was best for me at that time. he did give the prescription and much to my dismay the pills didn't work.I went back a week later. 29 July 2019 to see him again. This time Dr. Hmeid took one look at me and hospitalized me immediately. The doctors at the Royal Alex ran some tests and informed me that if I hadn't come in that day, I would have been dead by July 31. Dr. Hmeid literally saved my life. I went to see him on August 12th, I shook his hand and thanked him for saving my life. He is the greatest ever. It is now 3.5 years later and every time I see him on my follow ups, I still thank him for saving my life. He gave me the gift of life, thanks doc. Also, I would like to thank Lana and her pharmacy staff for the support I have received all this time. The pharmacy staff always explain what the medications are and what they do. Which I find very helpful, so I don't get confused. The clinic and pharmacy work well together. Thanks again to you all.

He tries to get familiar with his patients, and makes them comfortable to open up to him. He listens well and is very attentive. Very outstanding medical care. The staff is very friendly and professional as well.

They 'know their medicine'. They will send you for help with a medical issue. I never asked, the doctors initiated.They have helped me resolve so many medical problems that I was leaving untreated...I feel better and have more control over my health/ body because of their follow through.From dermatological to gynaecological to respiratory...to regulating BP, to insisting that I have a thorough physical.Because I had left a problem untreated it took a full year for my body to heal/ correct itself. It was because of the doctor listening and insisting I go to a specialist that my health is so, so much better.It takes time, follow through and patience.Keep your appointments. If they say come back in 3 weeks come back. Write your questions down and ask them. I was confused about how to use my prescription.I booked an appointment and took it in showed it to the doc and she explained it perfectly. Did as she said and it worked beautifully. You have to keep going back for checkups and appointments because things can't be fixed in 1 or 2 appointments.All family GP's are 'spot on'; Triffis, Soriady, Bulk... 👍👍 They are all very thorough and will send you to a specialist to investigate the problem and get it resolved. You must do your part/ follow doctors orders... worth your while... very good clinic- good doctors. Busy, busy place...5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Jose Vivanco: I’m really unsure about what all the other reviews are talking about. I’m a visible minority and never felt disrespected because of it. I’ve never felt rushed out of there, as a matter of fact, Dr. Hassan is the only dr I’ve had since I’ve moved to Canada who has made me feel that he’ll listen to me. I’ve had issues where drs would tell me “Advil and you’ll be okay” yet Dr. Hassan has approved tests after tests to make sure I’m okay. He has also been very good and patient with my 6 year old son. Reading all these horrible reviews don’t sound like the same place at all

Barry Greba: I’m not sure why other people have issues with booking here. I have been seeing Dr. Hassinoff for many years here and have never had issues. Within the last couple years they have offered a new booking system through an app called Medeo, this was a game changer for easy and convenient booking. I like this clinic, the staff are friendly, they do X-RAY’s on site, and have a pharmacy on the main-floor. When my doctor isn’t available they have always had another doctor able to see me within a days notice. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the parking situation isn’t ideal. There is barely any available and it is paid parking only.
Branka Hanson: Dr Hassenoff has been a family physician for years. Met him today and am so pleased with his bed side manner and his care and attentiveness towards my parents. Couldn’t ask for a better dr for my elderly parents. His nurse could be a bit better but he is an absolute gem of a dr.
Truth “Crooze” Teller: This dr Mc dermit hasn’t went beyond what any neurologist would do to try help me the best he can. I suffer extreme pain after physiotherapist pushed on my frontal lobe down extremely hard for 2 minutes on a wooden table. Ayer he released it I was never the same. 4 days later ER then 2 after that and now ER trip 43. This paid dizziness and wanting to puke steady is a normal day for me. Dr Mc dermit is trying g all he can. The bad it’s not a ordinary injury or disease. Whatever this guy did to me they can’t pick it up with our technology and I live an extremely painful life of hell. Hoping one day they find something. So far we know the nerves driving me crazy. Occipital nerves foresure damaged. He’s got me for a test they burn them somehow. Praying it helps some. I cry scream everyday cause I can’t handle the pain and on narcotic meds not even near enough to kill it but trying to get injections from pain clinic. I just wish I could again do things with my family. Our home is dead now. I was the love of the house. Adam physiotherapy and wellness ta ga Deeb owner ruined my only life I had. Dr Mc dermit is trying to fix it. He’s good go see him he hill do what he can.
Brendon Jones: Dr. Baker is an absolute gem of a family doctor. She's caring and clearly possesses a deep well of knowledge in her discipline. I live a 30 minute drive away but it's always worth the trek.
aldene tully: Met Dr Ben Malinowski in 1976 and had a very good relationship with staff and Dr for many years. My son is now 45 years old but I still remember my experience. Both Dr Malinowski and my son has the same birthday so I will always remember him on that day.
Christina Ignacio-Deines: Very happy with our GP Dr. Hansraj. She is very thorough, listens well, and follows up promptly. Their receptionist is also nice, speaks quickly, but good. I'm always able to get an appt when I need one, and the waiting room times are reasonable.
Mark Fetting: Staff are always professional. Dr. Butzelaar and Dr Chan are great to deal with. No issues with scheduling when needed. I have been coming here for at least 6 years. My parents 10+ years.

CanVamp420: As a poster previously mentioned, this is a clinic that specializes in opiate/opioid dependency and addiction. I have had nothing but a GREAT experience in my 4 years here. NEVER been treated poorly, and ALWAYS been treated with respect, and DIGNITY! Which in the life of addiction, you are usually denied that respect and dignity by medical staff. BUT... and here's a big but... These people are here for you if you're here for yourself. If you treat them poorly, swear at them, disrespect etc...dont be expected to be treated like a person who is otherwise respectful. They've also SEEN IT ALL HERE, if you're not willing or wanting to follow the program, and rules of, dont waste your time here or at very least dont expect to get away with it thinking you're a boss lol. These people are just wonderful... clinic AND pharmacy staff alike!

Quinn Nelson-Pomeroy (QuinnTesla): Dr. Zayed is phenomenal. He's very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you can understand and he takes your concerns seriously.I have had minor issues with reception, but considering how much stress the health care system is under, I can excuse it all, especially after how kind they've been to me when they really didn't have to be. Even when the wait is long, I will still go to this clinic because they treat me like a human. I am so glad I started coming here, because I finally feel like my health is under my control amd it's thanks to Dr. Zayed and his staff.

Jaime Bondoza: Your receptionist says she cant make an appointment for ADHD meds cause "the doctor doesn't believe in that" honestly that was good communication and saved me a trailer load of time. Reception here gets a bad rap but for me that honesty is pretty nice
Devinthia Yfel: I have not seen a doc yet.To the MOA putting me on instant hold, please if you are going to keep someone on hold for more then ten minutes just tell them when to call back.When did that become rude? It's better than being on hold forever and stressing you out with the blinking and me out with the 😒.Please make spreading out call backs a thing again. 🙏
Only Me: I was reluctant to try this place as some of the reviews were nit great but was very impressed with the care I received. The ladies at the front were pleasant and the doctor I seen was great. I stated some health concerns and he immediately booked me for some tests and answered all my concerns. I was struggling to find a doctor and very pleased to find this one. I would definitely recommend.
Bella InRose: I've been twice at this clinic and the service has been great no complaints at all i have seen Dr. Hussien and Dr. Adel good Docs. 👍 Registered Nurse was also very nice and clear when i was checked by her, nice to have that option at a clinic, made me feel comfortable. Have to mention Receptionist too they are very helpful.

Lindsay Gross: Dr. Hythum Elharathi has been my family physician for almost 5 years and I’ve followed him as he has moved clinics due to his exceptional care. He takes the time to genuinely ask how my family and I are all doing before digging in to the concern bringing me there. He has seen me through multiple pregnancies and now a chronic condition. I am confident with his recommendations and appreciate how thorough he is every time. He gets to the root of every issue and won’t prescribe unless he knows for sure. Highly recommend!!

Kiley D: Dr. Elharathi Hythum is a brilliant doctor. My first appointment with him, he addressed so many medical issues I had in my past and have currently. He explained everything and provided me with so many options moving forward.

Robert Butchike: If you're looking for a pill pusher - go somewhere else. These doctors focus on a collaborative approach and demand compliance to the treatment plans.Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Hythum have been by my side throughout my recovery. Always willing to accommodate and come up with different treatment plans. They both take the time to explain effects of the medication and they include the patient in the decision making. Dr. will even follow-up with a phone call to see how things are going. At the time when I ran out of benefits, Dr. Hythum went above and beyond and set me up with the needed help. I can say that no medical clinic is perfect but this clinic and the team do their best to ensure the best results.For any families looking for a medical team to be with you in your corner, I recommend you request these doctors.
