Lori Condon: We are living and working in Newfoundland and my husband required metatarsal boots for the job site in size 7 or 7.5. That does not exist in a Redwing Boot or any boot here. We called our friends at the RedWing store in Edmonton. The first pair, our mistake, had the protection on the outside of the boots and that wasn't considered the standard on the job site. The next pair were too small. The last pair, just like Goldilocks, were just right! I would like to give a shout out to all of the red wing stores in Edmonton that helped us find the right size and gave us all the information that we needed with the boots. As well as having them shipped back and forth. You were excellent to work with and we will have Redwing boots for life. See you guys next time we are in Alberta!

Cody C: Red wing products are fantastic. Not just the boots, but the staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! They have a great selection for pretty much everyone. Small story... I bought wonderful boots that were lost in the mail, no fault of red wing. The paper work was correct, but Canada post sent them to a different address, and then they were picked up by some thief who didn't have my identification, which is absolutely needed. In the end, red wing decided to give me another pair of boots, no charge. I don't like that a great company had to bite the bullet when they did nothing wrong, but it goes to show what their customers mean to them. Show these guys some love, they deserve it, and you won't find better boots anywhere else! Shout out especially to the West Edmonton and Grand Prairie locations, they're the ones who helped me through this situation.

They came super fast, but unfortunately they were slightly small. The great thing about Fluevog is that they supply a return address within Canada, so I did not have to pay to ship it back. I emailed and got a response from Jenna right away. I reordered a size up over the phone and Signe was extremely helpful. Not only did she know exactly who I was when I called but she took the time to explain to me the different shoes names and how they're meant to fit. I am waiting for the new pair to arrive. My spouse had ankle fusion surgery and needed new shoes to give her the proper cushioning and support.Having a wide foot is usually a problem in most stores. Not here they had exactly what we needed, between the exact fit and useful tips we walked out with two pairs of great shoes.
