Lisa Fedyck: Dr Benjamin Herman did my knee replacement surgery in January 2022 and my hip replacement surgery in October 2022. Dr Herman, Shyla and Stella are an amazing team. Dr Herman has the best bedside manner of any doctors I have dealt with. His knowledge and communication is stellar. He checked on me prior and after surgery then called me at home to check on me. I had dealt previously with another surgeon who was awful. I can not recommend Dr Herman enough. I have healed with minimal scars. He has changed my life. He is an amazing doctor. I can not say enough great things about him and his staff. 10/10.

I went into my appoint thinking I was going to get the whole walk across this screen on the floor and then a styrofoam mold, come back in 3-4 weeks to get your new orthotics. That was not the case what so ever. I went into the room he made me walk towards him knew right away what was wrong and in 10 minutes has taken an actual proper reading of my feet and got a proper foot map. Then said ok I’ll be about 45 minutes and your orthotics will be done.I lit up like a Christmas tree I was so excited my problem would hopefully be solved in a matter of an hour. And it definitely was I have never had such instant relief. After a week of wearing them my big toes are no longer as intensely numb sensation. My chiropractor noticed a huge difference in my knees and back and I honestly feel a little closer to a mid 20 year old women instead of a 70 year old!! I can’t say enough about Ken and the work he does. Thank, thank, thank you so much Ken!

Sara Peterson: Nice facility. Was shocked to have my relative have her own room. I wanted to give 5 stars, because I believe the OSC is a great place for orthopaedic surgery recovery, and while the majority of nurses and doctors we interacted with were incredible, the rehabilitation team in particular, there were a couple who seemed to not have the same level of caring. They were a little less attentive and didn't seem to communicate with other people who were checking in.The on call doctor was also unfortunately disappointing. She didn't seem very friendly and seemed to be annoyed when we asked questions. She also forgot to actually check things off on a requisition form for blood work which made things a bit of a hassle after. I understand fully that mistakes happen and oversights happen, but there did seem to be the feeling that she just wasn't interested. She also didn't seem to communicate well with the nurses on the case, nor did she see fit to keep the family included in discharge plans.Other than that unfortunate experience, our overall stay at the OSC was fantastic. Obviously, we never want to be there again because who wants to get their joints replaced? But if for whatever reason we had to be there again, we'd be very, very comfortable being there again.

Barbara Dart: I have had two foot surgeries with Dr. Goplen. I had a mid foot and big toe joint fusion with a bone graft in one foot and just the big toe joint fusion in the other. Dr Goplen did a fabulous job and I am very happy with my new feet!! He is very skilled. Yvonne, who I dealt with in his office, is very helpful. 😊

HCA chick: Excellent Dr., would recommend this surgeon to everyone, for anyone saying he's got bad bedside manner, he's there to do his job, not be your friend, I never had a problem with him, he was extremely professional and told it like it is!
Scott Johnson: Dr Guy Lavoie did a left hip replacement for me 3 weeks ago. I am so happy with the results so far! When I was waking up post surgery I asked him how it went he said “very good….some of my best work!” I do not think he was exaggerating! Minimal pain post surgery & only 3 weeks since the procedure my mobility is better than I could ever imagine. If you’re lucky enough to get Dr Guy to to be your surgeon you won’t be disappointed!

Charles Gahl: Dr. Balyk replaced both of my mom's hips--one in 2005 and the other in 2012 and they have been great. My mom is coming up on 95 years old this summer and still going energetically despite dementia.
Brian Mclean: Dr. Balyk operated on my shoulder which was really damaged in 2018. I made a total recovery and have had no issues since. Thank you for doing what you do.
Colleen Mccarvill: I can't say enough about the results of my rotator cuff surgery with Dr. Robert Balyk.I'm 61 years old and was actually turned down by another orthopedic surgeon who stated that I was too old for the surgery, to expect a successful outcome.When I met Dr. Balyk, he looked at me as a patient with a life and a history, not an age and a number.I have been extremely fit my ENTIRE life, fitness instructing, personal training, kickboxing, regularly up until I fell in a parking lot 5 years ago.That fall caused me to lose so much ground physically and emotionally.While Dr. Balyk was optimistic, the comments from the other physician played in my head as I prepared for surgery.I had heard great things about my surgeon but I can tell you now, firsthand, he gave me my right shoulder back. From what everyone, physiotherapy, my family Dr. as well as Dr. Balyk himself have all said, my recovery, range of motion and the complete use of my shoulder has been outstanding.As often happens, waiting five years for surgery caused me to overuse my left arm, the one that was not injured during the fall. This overuse has resulted in the necessity of another rotator cuff surgery.I won't hesitate to proceed with the surgery with Dr Balyk, and I am confident that I will be back kickboxing again, by this time next year.
Moses Kim: I had my ACL surgery 2022 June 28th by Dr. Leung. I'm an active person who has experienced numerous knee injuries due to judo and BJJ. I attempted to strengthen the stability of my right knee by performing strength training exercises but my sports require me to move in a dynamic fluidity. The surgery was a complete success. Anyone who is complaining is not following their physio, which is half of your recovery phase

Logan L: Dr. Moreau was my Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon when I was a child, I likely wasn't the most severe case he's ever had, but I wasn't particularly easy either, he is an absolutely amazing person in all ways, and you can just tell, he does what he does simply because he wants to help children and nothing more. I'd give him more stars if I could... By the way, I'm now 30 years old, and fully independent despite a birth condition that renders some wheelchair bound for life, I hike, I camp, I fish, and much of that wouldn't be possible if not for Dr. Marc Moreau. It's rare anyone gets to write a review 15-30 years after the fact.
