P T: Super friendly owner. So much good food here. Rendang, curry puff, chicken rice, etc. Ask the owner if you can't find what you like in the menu. She'll probably make it for you.Parking: This is in the downtown farmer's market space.
Lotus Heart: The Food is so Delicious. I would Highly Recommend to anybody who is looking for some amazing Flavour.
Allison Thotz: I had the pomelo salad, and wow!! I could eat that everyday all summer!

Ario Magana: Ive came here a few times and everytime ive been here ive had such great service and experince. The pork boa was insanley tasty so i reccomend that! Also the managers and the servers are insanley nice. There was a seating issue and it was quickly resolved and was met with a a polite apology and brief service. I really appreciate this place and plan on going here more and more! Thank you everyone!!

K R: It was mine and my partners first time at Baijiu. We celebrated our 8 year anniversary!! The vibe was amazing and the service was even better! Tom and Miela KILLED it and absolutely made our experience there unforgettable! Wish the food was bigger as it was sooo delicious! All in all a great time and we will be bringing our friends there for sure. 3

Ross Wright: This wonderful restaurant just keeps getting better with age. The front of house staff and the kitchen staff are incredible. The food is unbelievable, every time! And the namesake? Well Normand is an incredible restaurateur and his restaurant is a true gem!

For an entree I had the wild game feature dish which included elk and boar. YUM! And for dessert I had the bananas flambee which was phenomenal.This was our first time here and it will certainly not be our last! There were so many delicious sounding entrees that I am eager to try. If you are planning a nice dinner you should visit Normand's!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating for a gluten free diet!
Dale Hildebrand: We have been dining with Normand for 34 years. Recently he hosted grandpa’s 90th. He personally looked after 16 of us all night. Service and food were excellent. So rare to have such great personalized customer service. One of the best restaurants in Edmonton – a hidden gem – try them.
