Ian Berube: When I took the road test, first time failed, which was fair, and the honesty of the driving instructor, and the fact the driving instructor went through the things I did wrong, to teach me how to do things better, only helped me succeed after retaking the drivers test, we need more instructors that we can trust

Marsha Dolores: I passed my road test today. My instructor is very kind and just a chill person. I believe his name was Sunil. The first two test i did was named Daniel. He was very strict and kept on failing me for some reason that i don’t even understand why. I don’t like the way his attitude. Good thing on my third try, it was a different instructor and he was so much better i never felt the bad anxieties. He was very light.

Waqas Munawar: Great registry close to home. Passed my class 6 test with KK. If you drive safe and follow the rules, I’m sure you will pass. You may feel intimidated because of the test but he will definitely answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable. Besides that, the registry staff is helpful but a few faces are so lifeless and looks like they are forced to work here. If that can be improved, I can give 5 stars.

Amanda Lee: Had my second driving test today with Ahmed. He was my examiner the first time I failed, after the exam he explained everything thoroughly and gave me tips and pointers for the next time. Less than a week later, I remembered his pointers and passed. Very fair, friendly and overall from start to finish it was a great experience!

Katelyn Davis: Just passed my class 6 road test here. My examiner rode his bike as well. Despite the phone communication issue, he accommodated the problem and we continued. He was very reasonable and fair. Highly recommend class 6 road tests at this facility

Derek Walsh: Fantastic service. Greeter at the door is very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure I had everything I needed before wasting my time in line. The counter staff was also knowledgeable and patient. In 5 minutes I witnessed 3 people be rude to the staff but they remained patient and still served all customers.

May Tesara: I came today to simply get my ID, prior to this, I called twice on Friday to checked with the requirements. The person over the phone was super helpful to give me the information, sadly I missed to get her name. In addition, Huey who was so helpful, knowledgeable and super kind, not to mention very professional has helped me get, not just ID but she was also able to help me transfer my US license to Alberta License. I am so grateful with her attentiveness to details and you can tell she loves her job. She asked me few questions and few other requirements to get my driving record transferred. She was also so kind to make a copy of my state license and informed me few more informations, made suggestions and before I knew it. I was done with the eye exam, took photo and just within 10minutes I was done. It was so quick and I was definitely so happy and glad for Huey. Thank you so very much for making my first experience so wonderful.

W: I left a bad review, but after visiting the place again. I believe I was having a bad day as I don't see anything anymore that I left on my previous review. Tellers were really nice and the lady at the back of the line worked really swiftly helping people and asking what they needed help with.
Una Momolu: Examiner Randy is out here doing the work of the Gods! Randy is an examiner, a motivator, a validator, and a counsellor all in one! I was nervous, sweating and all around scared with knots in my tummy during my exam.. Randy walked me through all of those emotions and it helped me greatly to perform well on my exam. And I pass, after a few trial and error. I’ve never had such an experience with an examiner before. This is refreshing! So, shoutout to In and Out Registry on 82street! But the most shoutout goes to Randy. Your golden brethren Randy. Paige Erickson: They are SO fast. I went on the last day to renew my registration and I was expecting to wait like I have at other registries. I had to wait MAYBE 3 minutes in line to see an clerk and renewing my registration took a total of 45 seconds.
