Janielle Abraham: Came to change over my Ontario Health Card and Drivers License. Had to complete an eye exam for the license and the clerk was very informative and patient. Both times I've visited the service was quick and efficient even with long queues. Edmonton City Centre isn't the most pleasant place to visit, but this registry is great.

Iris Albrecht: I needed to register for a handicapped placard. Didn't know what to expect. Wow what a line up. But it was Friday. Anyway, the efficiency of the staff brought that line down very quickly.I had the pleasure of working with, a trainee, please bear with me. I said hi Mr trainee. He was so good. He asked appropriate questions from his mentor, very smart Lady. Anyway, MORRIS, was amazing. He was a perfect example of a hard worker, willing to learn. Kudos to Morris. And it was handled quickly and efficiently. A sign of true professionalism.
