Miranda: I went in to get my zipper fixed on my big winter jacket. One the employees started assessing the repair and within 5 minutes my zipper was fixed! He got out a tool and re-adjusted something and presto. When I asked what I owe him he said nothing! It was only like a 5 minute repair but still - the zipper was not zippable before he fixed it! I had been to other tailors who either charged way too much or taken 2-4 weeks to complete an alteration.They quote fairly and accurately. I had a formal dress dry cleaned and it was more than she quoted me so she took care of the extra amount. Very high level of integrity and accountability. Very well priced and very good work done. Highly recommend.

Shiya J: The work they do is definitely professional, but the main tailor does have a tendency to rush you out. If you are going in for anything other than regular hemming or waist adjustment, make sure you take the time to explain what you really want. That's the one area they could improve on. The one time I needed something specific to be done, he didn't get it right. But otherwise very professional and clean stitching.

john gallant: This Father and son business is amazing, if you have a favorite jacket with a busted zipper or a pair of pants that you just don't want to get rid of these guys can help you out. I had a stormtek winter jacket that my zipper broke last year and these guys were able to put an upgraded heavy duty zipper into it and made it better than it was originally purchased with. They are very friendly respectful and courteous and usually get simple alterations done in about a week's time which is pretty amazing. Their prices are very reasonable and they do other tailoring tasks also. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of alterations. Having a location inside the mall is awesome as you can drop off your dry cleaning or your alterations and shop other stores while you're at it. Two thumbs up guys and keep up the good work.

He moved the hand pockets up to maintain proportions for the new shorter length. The new seams were invisible. He's such a friendly fellow and actually remembers my name from the single visit over 2 years ago. The turnaround time was prompt and the work was fantastic.

I've brought in several different dresses over the past couple of months: a flowy maxi dress, satin slip and a double layer bridesmaid dress with a slit. The alterations were done on my bridal gown with a high level of skill and with great attention to detail.Some background:I had a wedding dress ordered by a different bridal shop in Calgary and it came in way too big. The soonest they could alter it was 10 days before I left for my wedding. When I picked it up, my dress was still way too big and overall did not fit right, and it was too late to go in for another fitting in Calgary so I took it home to Edmonton and didn’t know what to do. I thought there was no hope, and I was looking online for any other dress I could get same-day.
