My only complaint is that I did not know that there were only certain access hours, although it was listed in the email, I must have missed. I went to store some stuff at 11:30pm and I wasn't able to access my unit. I got an email the next day warning me if it happens again that my contract would be terminated. Which seemed really harsh for an honest mistake. But all in all, it seems like a great place so far.

Monica Cameron: So far, so good as far as storage goes.My only concern is that I believe there are a large number of people actually living in this facility.We were near the gates for several hours organizing things for a item drop off/pick up and watched SEVERAL people walk into the location through the code locked gates and they didn't come back out the entire time we were there.So, on foot traffic and not returning back out of the facility for hours would lead me to believe they are actually living inside the units.I will absolutely update if we encounter any problems with the actual storage itself.

Giri Puligandla: Bluebird is such a strong supporter of our community. They go out of their way to help women fleeing abuse have a place to keep their possessions and they support low-income artists with mental illness to store their art, equipment, and supplies. What other storage company does that?! Amazing.

She was so willing to help me that we did EVERYTHING by email, got the paperwork signed, and password for gate entry done.By her doing this, she put my mind at ease cause moving can be stressful as it is, and the ability to do everything electronically made moving day a little less stressful.I really wish I could remember her name. Like I said before, her customer service is FANTASTIC. She definitely went above and beyond to help me on moving day.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Bluebird Self storage for your storage needs.
