Monica Cameron: So far, so good as far as storage goes.My only concern is that I believe there are a large number of people actually living in this facility.We were near the gates for several hours organizing things for a item drop off/pick up and watched SEVERAL people walk into the location through the code locked gates and they didn't come back out the entire time we were there.So, on foot traffic and not returning back out of the facility for hours would lead me to believe they are actually living inside the units.I will absolutely update if we encounter any problems with the actual storage itself.

Blake: I have nothing but great things to say about my experience storing items with Sentinel. The check in was easy and I always had convenient access to the storage unit. It was fairly priced and I felt very secure storing my items there while I was between apartments.The team at the Fort Road location went the extra mile to help me get my door unstuck when my pile of stuff I haphazardly piled jammed up the door. It was truly amazing customer experience from my perspective and they really helped me get out of a jam.Thanks for the help and storage solution!! 🙌

Sentinel helped me out in my time of need and gave me expert advice for my particular situation. If I'm fortunate and I can get my new tenant moved in soon, the cost of storage will be unbelievably minimal. Would recommend 1000x over.

Silvio Filice: Helpful staff upon pick up and drop off of our rental. Very efficient and friendly staff. Line was long as it was the end of the month, but they were very efficient and the wait time was minimal. Equipment was new and clean, no issues experienced during rental.
MD ABDUL HALIM HIMEL: Picked up on a busy day , mine first order was not available at the store but they promptly found me the same trailer at other location, was happy with the service , the employees had enough patience and was lively dealing with customers .
Isaac M: After testing my vehicle wiring twice in preparation for having to move from Edmonton to Halifax, imagine my panic when I showed up and my trailer connection didn't work. I was in a tough spot with nowhere to go and having to leave town that night. I am so thankful this locations employees who went above and beyond to help me in my bind. In particular, Oscar who helped me run a number of tests to figure out the issue, and Marvin the hitch technician who was booked up, but came out after his shift was over and helped me fix my connector right there in the parking lot. Thanks guys for helping a guy in need and for the excellent customer service.

I booked a uhaul for the 24th and very confidently walked in on the 25th, the day I thought I had made the reservation for, to pick it up. They nicely informed me I had booked it for the day before but that they did have one available I could rent. I wasn't charged any no show fee or anything, they were so friendly and understanding. I very highly recommend this location.
