paul petarson: Stored my Challenger at this place last winter. Found the staff to be very prompt with returning email inquires, and quite knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the staff ask all the appropriate questions. Price was good for indoor heated storage , only a few bucks more than cold storage in a regular storage facility. They do a full walk around the car and take pictures for security reasons and to prevent fake claims of damage. The facility also caters to the Canadian military service men and women which is more than our own government does for them. The front office was being remodeled but the actual area cars are kept is in great condition and very clean . I would recommend this business if your looking to store your investment.

They also offer a variety of services on site if you need to use them as well. Would highly recommend them if you need rv or trailer storage. And also friendly staff!
tracy ord: We’ve been renting a RV Storage space for approx 7 yrs and have had nothing but positive experiences. It’s close to Edmonton, Secure, clean and the staff are amazing. The staff are always helpful, as a example they removed snow from our space so we could get our RV back with no issues. The sites are hard packed gravel so we don’t have to worry about sinking or mice. The best part is the security, there’s a electric gate, it’s staffed and has security cameras so we never have to worry about break-ins.
Bill G: We have rented our spot now for over two years and are very pleased with Jimmy’s RV storage. It is a secure facility close to Edmonton. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility has wide lanes for ease of backing units in and also has pull through spots. As well there is a dump station available. All in all a place you can feel comfortable leaving your RV at.

They have a great location, and card system for the gate so it's always easy to access your RV. They even have a Dump station there which is great for when you are ready to store your RV.

I ran into a little issue and they took the time to listen and come to a resolve. Dino's integrity and professionalism is second to none and Shawna is equal to the task. I called several places, and they were fine to deal with, but no one was quite as helpful. Location is great as well, it's in the city, quick access any time of day. I don't get as much use of my RV as I would like, so it's nice to have the peace of mind knowing it's in good hands.

Monica Cameron: So far, so good as far as storage goes.My only concern is that I believe there are a large number of people actually living in this facility.We were near the gates for several hours organizing things for a item drop off/pick up and watched SEVERAL people walk into the location through the code locked gates and they didn't come back out the entire time we were there.So, on foot traffic and not returning back out of the facility for hours would lead me to believe they are actually living inside the units.I will absolutely update if we encounter any problems with the actual storage itself.

It was fairly priced and I felt very secure storing my items there while I was between apartments.The team at the Fort Road location went the extra mile to help me get my door unstuck when my pile of stuff I haphazardly piled jammed up the door. Raven Sutherland: I needed a storage unit ASAP and Sentinel was able to get me one same day! Customer service and booking on the phone was amazing and super simple. I’ve never had such a nice customer service rep. Getting the unit itself was super easy and the staff were so friendly. Explained everything thoroughly so there was no confusion. If you need a storage unit I would 100% recommend this place. The customer service and staff are so kind and understanding.
