S R: I’ve been trying to find boxes throughout the entire city without much luck. Both times I have been here, there haven’t been boxes, however, the staff are quick to help and they communicate with the other stores so they know exactly which way to point you. Thank you!

Ross Hodgetts: We cannot imagine our move without the recyclable bins we rented from Easy Move. We paid for 30 but we’re told 40 would be required, so they gave us 10 more. We used 39, so these guys know their stuff! The bins were delivered and picked up punctually in a courteous manner. Just made moving so much easier that trying to find cardboard boxes of comparable capacity. Great company.

Black Star: They are very easy to "talk to". I can't remember if we talked but I know we emailed. The whole process is very easy. I just filled out an application form and then I got a confirmation and we set up the time for when and where the boxes are going to be delivered. They are very efficient and were a big help with my moved. The same with picking up the boxes. These boxes are much better than your regular carton because you don't have to worry about assembly and taping them. You just put your stuff on it, close it and put a label for easy unpacking. I did not have any problems at all and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with moving.

Silvio Filice: Helpful staff upon pick up and drop off of our rental. Very efficient and friendly staff. Line was long as it was the end of the month, but they were very efficient and the wait time was minimal. Equipment was new and clean, no issues experienced during rental.
MD ABDUL HALIM HIMEL: Picked up on a busy day , mine first order was not available at the store but they promptly found me the same trailer at other location, was happy with the service , the employees had enough patience and was lively dealing with customers .
Isaac M: After testing my vehicle wiring twice in preparation for having to move from Edmonton to Halifax, imagine my panic when I showed up and my trailer connection didn't work. I was in a tough spot with nowhere to go and having to leave town that night. I am so thankful this locations employees who went above and beyond to help me in my bind. In particular, Oscar who helped me run a number of tests to figure out the issue, and Marvin the hitch technician who was booked up, but came out after his shift was over and helped me fix my connector right there in the parking lot. Thanks guys for helping a guy in need and for the excellent customer service.

I booked a uhaul for the 24th and very confidently walked in on the 25th, the day I thought I had made the reservation for, to pick it up. They nicely informed me I had booked it for the day before but that they did have one available I could rent. I wasn't charged any no show fee or anything, they were so friendly and understanding. I very highly recommend this location.

I was told I got 24 hr access and went to move my stuff in as my place flooded and I was homeless, and I couldn’t get in passed 9pm so I was lied to, also cancelled my storage and was charged another month and late fee even though I had canceled and moved everything out.
The unit was already very dusty and dirty upon move in. Over the two months our belongs were there, a thick coat of dust settled over everything. The garage doors were not sealed to the ground. Secondly, we had a double unit with doors on either end. We were told we couldn't access both sides and could only use the one door which seemed very silly to me.
Felt bad for the guy who rented it to me. It still had garbage from previous renter. And he had to clear it out before I could go in. Think his name was Evan who was amazing at getting it cleared . Each time I was there he was very helpful and friendly. Because of him, I would return and tell friends to store there if they were looking for a place .
All staff are very very helpful and No proudness and I recommend to friends and family members and other people because this UHAUL storage is safe and secure I have no problem at all this storage is very very good and Mr Darren slack is very helpful and very good person No proudness and very friendly and other staff also very helpful and friendly and No proudness thank you very much

Doors were very hard to open in winter. Ice build up. Glass, and screws in the driveway when we parked at our unit. Possibly when someone next door moved out. Maybe an inspection of the road condition when someone moves out to prevent tire puncture or injury.

dillon gurel: If your moving, take the extra time and come to this location, always professional, very helpful, and friendly, I've been dealing with this location for over 10 years now, and the experience is always been excellent especially in comparison to other locations of uhaul.

Craig Johnson: I have used them for a major move including moving and storing the contents of a 4000 sq ft house. Lots of interactions. They are struggling to get staff and some times can be busy at the end / start of the month, but they are EXTREMELY willing to help.
