Brian Pruden: Food was fast and good and lots. They had a Sunday buffet that looked really good but we decided to order from menu as we needed some vegan options. Chop sueydish so fresh and crunchy. Spicy tofu had great grill and spices were perfect. Had a grilled eggplant that had a type of sweet sour sauce. Was okay, but not what we were expecting. So many different dishes from the usual Chinese resturant offerings to choose from. We will be back.

J Dobson: This place is great. The service and food is always great here, and hands down the best late night place to eat in the whole city of Edmonton...no kidding. The prices are as good as you find anywhere...where can 4 people eat all they want for $80 and probably take leftovers home? Atmosphere isn't the best, location is not the best, but I've been there many nights 2-3am, and no problem. We also had them prepare food for a funeral a couple of years ago, and it was all good, on time etc.

We usually do take-out or pickup. The restaurant isn't in the best area of town but is perfectly fine to dine-in and many do.

kev d: 2020: I love chinese food and have eaten in countless chinese restaurants. This place is the best! My favorite dish is ginger beef, and it is amazing here. As with all their dishes, the portions are huge and the price very reasonable. Vegetables are fresh, chicken and shrimp are both really good as well. I am rarely downtown, and live in Sherwood Park, so if we want chinese food, we make the drive, it's that good.Edit: 2023: Food quality seems to be slipping a bit. Last order had two highlights... ginger beef was its usual awesomeness, but the lemon chicken was sub par. The chicken was dry and stringy. Getting a hit and a miss in the same order is unusual. Anson Sat: Very good authentic Cantonese food. The dishes are prepared fresh because the wait time is a little longer than other restaurants. The flavors are on point not too salty and not very oily. We ordered the duck vegetables, tofu shrimp, and other unique dishes . Good stuff. The service was very friendly and quick. There were many tables occupied at 6pm so perhaps reservations might be a good idea. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.Very tasty authentic Cantonese food. The dishes are all freshly made, because the waiting time is slightly longer than other restaurants. The flavors were just right, not too salty and not too greasy. We ordered the duck dish, tofu prawns and other unique dishes and it tasted very good. Service is very friendly and fast. Lots of tables were taken at 6pm so maybe a reservation would be a good idea. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.
Sarah H: This is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever tried in Edmonton. Possibly anywhere, really. So many options, and always excellent. There's lots of seating, but takeout is also super easy. Parking can be tight during peak hours, as this is clearly a favourite for a lot of people.Parking: There are maybe twenty spots, shared with a couple other businesses. Lots of street parking nearby, though.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wheelchair accessible, but I don't recall whether they're powered. I'll have to check next time and will take photos.
Yeh Warren: This should be the best dim sum I ever had in Edmonton. All the dishes are very good except Mungo Pudding. Price is reasonable for what you get. For Chinese restaurants,service is above average.
Nadia L: I have been eating here for years and especially love coming here for dimsum or dinner. There are not a lot of great dimsum places in the Northside but I would recommend eating here as everything is a la carte / made to order so the food is always fresh. The portions are also much better than your average dimsum place. As mentioned, they have a large and varied menu for dinner and I would also recommend their dinner dishes.
Bobby B: I really really like the dim sum here. Standards get the har gow,siu mai,no mai gai,lo bak go, cheng fun, cha siu bao. My favourite is the cheong fun or rice noodles since you can get many different fillings with it. I also really like the lo bak go or turnip cake for that crispy mushy taste.Sometimes grab fung zai or chicken feet but thats definitely a mood thing.

Saquib Siddiqui: Rapid service. Relaxed atmosphere, delicious food. Come to Tang Bistro and enjoy lots of goodies. Here's what I had:-Mount Qi Roujiamo - spicy tender delicious pork in a warm crispy bun-liang Mian cold noodles with peanut sauce - fresh tender noodles with just enough chew and an incredibly well balanced spicy peanut sauce tastes more decadent than it has any right to. Super good-lamb skewers - smoky, tender, well balanced lamb flavour. Yum!-spicy braised beef noodle soup - spicy, tangy, sour, tender melt in your mouth beef chunks, and again super fresh knife cut noodles-pork and chive dumplings - just a little bit too much chive and not enough pork flavour but the dumplings skin is steamed perfectly and it's still worth a try if you love dumplingsVery much worth a visit!!

LAPG Family: What an incredible meal, hosted at this superb restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was quick and they handled our huge group with ease. The 10+ course meal was a lot to eat and taste - divinely cooked and devoured by all. The kids asked for dessert and we were given a bunch plus fortune cookies and then the owner stopped in to greet us and gave the kids more treats. A big thanks to all of the workers on making a family get together go so smoothly. Some pictures that I remembered to take are below.
Nazeem Khan: Golden rice bowl is our go to Chinese food place. The food is always on point, the one set back is that there is a bit of a language barrier and that caused a mess up on our order the last time we were there where we requested shrimp without shells and were served shrimp with shells which really changes the flavor of the dish . Apart from that definitely recommend them for your Chinese as we have tried other places and none compares

Leon: The dimsum here is decent. Sometimes the dishes aren't done the best but we've had a consistent experience lately so I'll give them a 4/5. It feels a little awkward being younger here as I feel like the staff don't really know how to interact with young people but it goes the other way too 😂 there is underground parking available behind the building and you can access the rear of the restaurant up the stairs. It does give spooky vibes in there but the exterior area is harder to park in now if the road parking is all full.

Karen W: GREAT great restaurant. Generous portions, delicious food. I have celiac disease so a place that has so many gluten free options is awesome. When dining in, the servers always know which choices can be gluten free. If you're looking from home ahead of time, skipthedishes shows which ones are gluten free. My favorite and my toddler's favorite are the Singapore noodles.
Vee Duncan: The food here is on point. I would climb to the top of Mount doom for the peach shrimp. The lemon chicken is on point. Everything here is amazing. The service was impeccable. I have not been here in months and the server remembered everything we ordered. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I will most definitely be coming back. I can't say enough about the food here. But the service. As an indigenous person I have received some of the worst service you could imagine. I would come back here for the service alone. I don't feel unwelcome or unwanted, or like my money isn't real. This place is hands down one of the best in Edmonton. Thank you for your delicious food and great service

Donair Aficionado: This is the best restaurant in the entire city. Try the Rice roll long donut.
Kay Liew: Been coming here since as far as I can remember, and is one of my go to Chinese places! If you're just looking for some genuine Chinese fair, look no further. My personal favourites are the Shanghai Noodle, and the Long Doughnut. Remember to bring cash, this place does not take debit or credit. There is an ATM inside if you totally forget. Keep in mind sometimes parking is a little difficult, and with the constant LRT expansion in the area, access to the parking lot is through the alley to the west. Always great food, highly recommended! Thank you!Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options, speak to the staffnif you have any real issues or dietary restrictions.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu, but I'm sure there will be soemthing your kid will enjoy.Parking: Parking is all around the building as well as on the main street. On busy days there may be some issues finding a spot.Dietary restrictions: Make sure you mention your dietary restrictions before placing any orders. Just also keep in mind they also have a very wide menu, and many ingredients.
