The service was excellent - the servers were kind, friendly and overall made the experience ten times as satisfying. The servers even served us cake that our family previously bought for our grandmother’s birthday. The food was fresh and delicious. The food excellently satisfied all of my family’s Chinese food cravings. Blue Willow had enhanced all of my family’s, especially my grandmother’s, experience of dinning in.

Shawna Smith: Extremely polite employees. They’re always friendly and do their very best to have your food prepared as quick as possible. The food has alway come out hot and delicious and there are several menu items.I highly recommend the salt and pepper squid, along with the spicy dry tofu. Peppercorn beef is another favorite, and you can choose your spicy level.
JonJonPoPong: I was trying to figure something out for dinner and looking to try somewhere i hadn't been before.I thought I'd give Rice to Go a try as they have positive reviews.I ordered some chicken fried rice, lemon chicken and brocolli beef, all 3 dishes came out to just under $54.After having spent $80? At pf changs this was a steal.Rice to Go as the name implies is just a take out and maybe delivery resturaunt, there's no sitting in and eating.I placed my order 20 minutes before they closed and they were happy to take it, some places shut their kitchen down 30 minutes before close so this was nice.I kind of expected the food might not be good as this close to close one doesn't always get quality.That was not the case, the chicken fried rice were delicious and hot, great amount of chicken chunks and good ribbons of eggs throughout. I personally hate when places skimp on the egg and chicken in the fried rice, thankfully this was not the case.The lemon chicken was delicious, a large portion which one would hope for at $18 and the batter was crisp. The lemon sauce was also very tasty. I will say my friend doesn't like it and found the batter to be too much for his taste. However for me I thought it was great.The broccoli beef was in my opinion the weakest dish, it was good, the broccoli tasty but the beef wasn't at the level of the fried rice and lemon chicken.Ill definetly try this place again as the chicken fried rice and lemon chicken were fantastic.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian choices to be had, fried rice is delicious.Kid-friendliness: Its take out so if your home is kid friendly that's up to you.Parking: Its a busy strip mall but there's a good amount of parking.Dietary restrictions: Its chinese food so you know what to expect. I'd say enjoy the brocolli beef if you don't eat gluten.

We dined in, and the place itself is quiet and clean and comfortable. Great food, great portions, very good price, and friendly fast service. Dinner for 2 fed 3 of us happily. We will definitely be coming back, and would definitely recommend. The food was genuinely flavorful, hot and fresh - really delicious. And there was plenty provided too. Rarely leave reviews, but this unassuming little place really deserves it. I'm already wanting to go back real soon to try some of the other dishes. Well done Harvest - a real pleasure!

The special chow mein was delicious and loaded with perfectly cooked broccoli, greens, carrots, baby corn, mushrooms, bbq pork, chicken, and shrimp served on a bed of soft chow mein noodles all in a light sauce. Davis (CaptainD): My first Thai food experience was here at their previously smaller location in Chinatown over ten years ago. This location is much larger and beautifully decorated.It was great to see Boualuong still in business after the pandemic where many others have not reopen. They are a mom and pop shop who quietly work diligently over the years dishing out some amazing food. Tonight, our group of friends had the privilege to enjoy another great spicy Tom yum soup, original Pad thai without ketchup, delicious green curry and a mango salad. The food was amazing and the portions were generous.They were understaff with only one server but she and the owner were able to service our large group, plus two other large tables with a smile, grace and pride you would find in any South East Asian home.When you walk around chinatown, you know the struggle these restaurant owners are going through. By me choosing to eat at this terrific restaurant despite what is going on in this neighborhood, that should tell you how much I enjoy the experience of eating here.It is a gem for those who recognize this hole in the wall and it was busy as usual here at Boualuong.

David: This is my favourite place if you're craving the sizzling hot plates. My favourite is their sizzling coconut curry lemongrass beef hot plate. Can tell the beef is marinated. Curry is absorbed into all of the veggies and meat as well. I forgot to take a picture of it because it's so damn tasty. Also recommend the spring rolls and deep fried ice cream. One of the very few restaurants that actually has this amazing dessert.

Peanut Sautee soup, and the beef lemongrass combo , and pad Thai.Though I do with there was more meat in the lemon grass dish, everything else was perfect. This is our new go to for ordering in. Food is so flavorful and light . Best food in the city. Delivery driver was very nice. A bag was missed but he came right back. This is my new favorite food and definitely the best Vietnamese food in the city for sure. Price is great for the amount you get.

Simon He: As a really picky person on eating out, I can’t believe I love this restaurant instantly when I look at their menu! So many varieties: if you like something spicy, you have them; if you like something non-spicy, you also have them! The presentation of each dish is great and the taste is also great!
Mike Jackson: The food was very good and came very quickly. The restaurant is bigger than it looks with lots of room for seating. We were sat immediately. The staff were very helpful. They were fast to refill water glasses and the tea was good. We ordered the beef and ox tongue, the spicy lamb and the vegetables with lotus root. All three were delicious. The first two were a little spicy but not too much. It was very flavorful and delicious. I can't wait to go again!
David: Uber Uber Uber tasty and spicy Chinese food here. Everything was flavourful and cooked just right. Service/food is quick as well. Prices were fair for the amount of food provided. Highly recommend the cumin lamb, preserved pork and yam pasta, mouth watering chicken and sour and spicy fish soup. Brian Pruden: Food was fast and good and lots. They had a Sunday buffet that looked really good but we decided to order from menu as we needed some vegan options. Chop sueydish so fresh and crunchy. Spicy tofu had great grill and spices were perfect. Had a grilled eggplant that had a type of sweet sour sauce. Was okay, but not what we were expecting. So many different dishes from the usual Chinese resturant offerings to choose from. We will be back.

Aaron D'souza: Great little restaurant serving amazing Thai food. The Drunken Noodles were absolutely divine, some amazing flavours in that dish that work perfectly together. We also tried the chicken and beef masaman curries, which were spectacular with the coconut rice. All the food was served fresh and so quickly from the time we ordered. If you're looking for excellent authentic Thai food at good prices you should definitely stop by!

Brian: .Not a big deal but it was my favorite.
Karen W: GREAT great restaurant. Generous portions, delicious food. I have celiac disease so a place that has so many gluten free options is awesome. When dining in, the servers always know which choices can be gluten free. If you're looking from home ahead of time, skipthedishes shows which ones are gluten free. My favorite and my toddler's favorite are the Singapore noodles.
Vee Duncan: The food here is on point. I would climb to the top of Mount doom for the peach shrimp. The lemon chicken is on point. Everything here is amazing. The service was impeccable. I have not been here in months and the server remembered everything we ordered. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I will most definitely be coming back. I can't say enough about the food here. But the service. As an indigenous person I have received some of the worst service you could imagine. I would come back here for the service alone. I don't feel unwelcome or unwanted, or like my money isn't real. This place is hands down one of the best in Edmonton. Thank you for your delicious food and great service
