Lee Johnson: Went here for my sister's birthday and we got the Meze, which was a bit of everything. It was a ton of food, all of it delicious, and absolutely worth it. We also got Saganaki, which was very fun to see on fire and absolutely delicious. The genuine greek wine was very acidic, but paired very well with the food. Will be coming back next time we're in Edmonton for sure! amazing food, incredible staff. Our water glasses were always full.

L.: Oh my god. That's all my boyfriend and I could say with every dish brought out. We splurged on the feast and it was amazing, every bit of it. Authentic, flavorful, loved the vibe of the whole place! Decent portion sizes and just .... delicious. Hard to even put into words how good the food was.Unfortunately our service was awful. We've both worked in the industry and understand when people are slammed, but we were there for 2 hours and saw our server maybe twice? Never once asked us how our food was, had to ask for a box several times, waited ages for water refills. We will definitely be back for the food but hopefully our service is a bit better.

Sacha Davis: Amazing food and atmosphere! The mojito was on special, and Iβm so glad I tried it β they even add multiple different types of ice, which really added something special. As we waited for our mains to arrive, other tables were leaving and we couldn't help but notice how happy everyone seemed as they said goodbye to the staff. We found out that it's impossible not to be happy when the food is that good and the staff is so friendly. We had lamb shank, pastitsio, and moussaka, with caramel flan for dessert. Everything is made in-house and was absolutely amazing. The portions were so large that the leftovers made a very big and tasty lunch for the two of us.Can't wait for my next trip to Edmonton to go back!

To end the meal we got their special "custard" pie!π it reminded me of bread pudding and was rich, soft and sweet. Duan rita NuΓ±Ez: I'm not gonna lie, probably one of the best food options in Edmonton City Centre. Got a calamari and greek salad and it tasted phenomenal! Plus it has a large servings made with super fresh ingredients. Also tried the gyro wrap and it was deliciously chewy. Add the extra friendly staffs that will make your day.

Jaya Chauhan: Oil Lamp is a hidden gem on 97 Street and we stopped for a snack and drink served by friendly staff. The Feta cheese with olives served with pitta bread was exceptional. Unfortunately vandalism is rampant in the area and it was quiet. The food is exceptional with very reasonable price and we will definitely return to try out more dishes from their menu! The ambience is lovely and staff courteous with excellent customer service.Parking: Oil Lamp is situated across from the Law Courts and near Canada Place. There are various parking lots in the area and street parking is restricted in terms of free parking due to the city of Edmonton's new rules; Oil Lamp is walking distance for those in downtown so parking is not an issue!

Our server went so far above and beyond I figured she must be the owner and even asked her if she was....she was not! Energize Tree Maintenance: I just bought a Greek salad. It was good but I felt there was a lot of onions and no tomatoes. I found myself pulling out big chunks of onion. I like the dressing cheese and olives. Overall it was good but could use more tomatoes and less onions.
Ken Ashworth: I have eaten at very similar style places but this is definitely a cut above had a beef and lamb gyro and greek salad. alot of places use old produce but this was fresh and crisp and crunchy i truly enjoyed thier food and will be going back
