I had problems with the engine earlier in the summer and Jeff was very knowledgeable and kept me informed regularly. Would absolutely recommend the buying process to anyone ESPECIALLY if you're newish to the boating world.Be forewarned - this is a seasonal business, and if you're operating in the busy season they're going to be... busy. So, you might end up on hold or have to wait a bit. But they reward that with customer service I have NEVER BEFORE EXPERIENCED with a marine sales/service outfit.

Chris Gleeton: I brought my Giant Trance X to have all the parts swapped over to a new carbon frame for warranty purposes. They took the bike on pretty short notice, and were able to get the work done within a few days. This frame swap was a very complex one with a ton of parts and cable/wire routing, and the work done was top notch. I feel like my bike was very well taken care of throughout. The warranty request with Giant was also completed through Olympia, and they took care of all the back-end work. The staff were friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and caring.

Philippe Bardet: I love the annual maintenance that is included with bike purchases. Note that it’s now a 50% discount since 2021. I especially like the fact that recommendations on part changes are not driven by spending and that if a part change is not necessary after initial estimation, technicians won't proceed with the change just for the sake of it.My last service was for 3 bikes and despite asking for level 2 service, they decided it wasn’t necessary in my case due to some parts being replaced, so they just charged level 1 price. It is a nice surprise when you see the final bill. Thanks for being honest.

Adam Roy: I've been ordering a ton of bike related gear online lately, because my local stores in Atlantic Canada are pretty much limited to only Trek stock, and I'll admit I'm not super into that brand for a bunch of reasons.Anyway, a lot of my orders this summer have been shipping incredibly slow. Like, they've been picked off the shelf slowly before they've been packed for skipping. Sometimes a week before shipping. Not Woodcock. The person shipping my gear was named Olga, I believe, and my stuff actually got to Halifax about 4 or so days sooner than I expected via Canada Post.TLDR: Thanks, team!
