Ryan Danger: Its pretty cool, the staffs very friendly and helpfull. The bikes are as comfortable as saikel bikes can be and they even fit my big size 14 feet so thats a huge plus.The classes can be as tough or as easy as you want them to be which is great if your not able to follow the program 100% yet.The bookings nice and straightforward and the stat tracking is a nice touch. Overall its a steller workout.
Christopher Blois: I liked how I could see the rpms and wattage output. It helped me control my resistance and compare my times with others who chose to show their information on screen. The bikes are new and comfortable, the instructor was enthusiastic and got us going. As someone who loves spin, I will be back.

Sarah Frey: I've been attending regular classes here for over 6 months, and I can honestly say that this is an incredible studio. The staff are super friendly and work hard to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all bodies and identities. Coming into a fitness space can sometimes be an intimidating or unkind experience, but the messages on the walls and from the instructors consistently centre around the strength, power, and the self. Saikel Studio has injected a huge dose of fun into sweating, and my relationship with exercise has never been better.
Chris Murata: Great community atmosphere. Friendly and energetic team make coming back easy. Lots of great instructors! A welcoming environment, with lots of class types to choose from. For those inro tracking metrics, the Stages 3 bikes are the best in the city.

Destiny Funk: I attended my first ever cycle class tonight at Saikel and first ever cycle class period! The Saikel staff made the experience very fun and easy to get into. The loud music and encouragement from the instructor throughout the class made it an enriching activity.I didn't feel like I needed to keep up with the class if I needed to slow down and the instructor made it clear that it was absolutely ok to go at your own pace. This is something I really appreciated as a first timer!I will definitely be coming back for more classes as it is the perfect endurance boost and energy expenditure all in 45mins.
Kyra Fanning: I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it! Amazing and friendly staff are always there to greet me and make an effort to get to know me. The facilities are always very clean and I feel safe in the studio. The instructors are so up-beat and positive while also pushing you very hard. The various types of classes offered are great for varying skill levels and the leaderboard at the front of the class adds a great competitive element. The prices are very reasonable and there are always tons of contests & promotions throughout the year. Great tunes and overall atmosphere. Saikel is the best place to workout in the city!

Destiny Funk: I dont know how anyone could rate RIOT lower than 5 stars.I had a blast at my first spin class with them for a music theme night. The instructors were so helpful & personable.The front desk was incredibly patient with me as a newcomer & also super helpful.Their variety of classes make RIOT a 10/10 for me and well worth buying an unlimited pass or class pass

Davina Kelsey: Friendly staff, they gave us a tour and was very welcoming. Clean and well kept facility. Nice bikes too. They provide towels, shoes and personal hygiene items.
