Sunny was very knowledgeable about the products, the technical aspects and, watches in general. They have worked on my most treasured pieces with such care and concern and help me but what has to be the MOST stunning ring. They were willing to work with the designer to make changes that we requested and I walked away with a custom showstopper ring. This is the only store I will shop at for any of my pieces and the only place I trust with any piece I own.
