The sales staff are friendly and very knowledgable, they will help you select the style, wood species and finish for your furniture to perfectly suit your specific needs, right down to knobs and hardware. The new owner has curated a broad, but coherent showroom of hand crafted, solid wood furniture. In a world of particle board and cheap veneers, the quality of these pieces speak for theirselves.
Madisyn Peters: Recently purchased a gorgeous oak table that expands. Was able to match the wood to the beautiful oak details in our dinning room. So impressed with the quality of the table the design allowed the extra table leaves to hide under/inside the table when not in use. Always love going to this store. Another family member recently purchased a dinning room table and she loved being able to customize the stain to her preference. The owner was great to work with friendly and helpful with showing all the multiple options for finishing. I am impressed with the milk paint options they provide. Having done multiple milk paint projects it can be hard to find good milk paint in the city.

In our search we dropped into Kesay and met Jezz Miller. Jezz's professionalism immediately shone through and by the end of our first meeting we felt very excited to work with her to find the perfect pieces for our new space.Jezz came out to our house and took measurements as well as assessed the colour palette of the space. Within a few days she came back with a number of furniture layouts and ideas for colours and wood tones.Over the next few weeks Jezz guided us to a number of great pieces for the living room and the perfect dining room suite. Harvey Kaita: We recently renovated our living room and were in the market for new furniture. We dealt with Jezz Miller who was great to deal with. She took the time to come to our house and take measurements of our living room and then produced a number of different furniture layouts on 3-D drawings. After choosing a furniture layout, Jezz put together a montage of photos and prices for each piece of furniture and accessory. We ended up purchasing everything she had suggested. Afterwards, Jezz contacted us with some suggestions on a couple of other accessories that we purchased. We love our new living room and have received many compliments from family and friends. Jezz is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful interior designer. Every time we meet her in the store she welcomes us with a big smile. The furniture delivery staff were excellent too. They delivered and set up our furniture in a prompt and efficient manner. The price could not be beat and each sofa was several hundred dollars less at JS Furniture than at the Ashley store. The delivery was quick and the sofas were set up exactly how I pictured it in my home. A few days later I noticed a problem with the quality of some trim on one of the sofas. Sam sent two friendly repairmen to the house very soon after my concerns were expressed and the sofa was repaired. All in all I would recommend this business!

I purchased two discontinued counter stools through the store and one through the website and unfortunately after a few weeks I was informed my website order was not able to be fulfilled. After speaking with Steve who was wonderful and gave me the option to return the two stools for a merchandise credit, I expressed my ultimate wish to obtain a floor model from another province if one existed and have it shipped to me, he found a few options and phoned the stores personally to obtain information on the condition of each item. He informed me the best one was available at a store in West Vancouver and helped me process the purchase! I am currently working on securing my own courier service to pick it up, package it and ship it to me as the store does not have the ability to. Mizz Mizz: I had a great experience with this store. I ordered online without seeing the couch. I asked them to send me pictures and they did. When the item arrived, it looks great. In terms of quality/materials. It was also perfect size. Online description was accurate. Also their delivery partner was also great. Contacted and gave me updates on delivery. Was able to work on my availability.
