Alfred Chan: We got there around 3:30 pm on a Saturday and instantly we were greeted by a friendly staff, Danish, who asked what we were looking for and provided several great recommendations. He followed up with printouts of dimensions and configurations and was available whenever we needed assistance. We were so engrossed in discussions that we forgot the time and was reminded 5 minutes before they were supposed to close at 5 pm. We quickly closed the deal and proceeded with payments but unfortunately, I had forgotten that my bank imposes a daily limit of $2,500 which exceeded our debit transaction. Between trying several debit cards and credit cards, we finally settled the bill 20 minutes past closing but throughout it all Danish and Aneesha were patient, accommodating and kind. Their customer service was top notch and it left a lasting impression on all of us.

Tracy Klassen: Sam was our excellent salesman. He was honest and helpful. We purchased three sofas by Ashley furniture and the experience was positive. The price could not be beat and each sofa was several hundred dollars less at JS Furniture than at the Ashley store. The delivery was quick and the sofas were set up exactly how I pictured it in my home. A few days later I noticed a problem with the quality of some trim on one of the sofas. Sam sent two friendly repairmen to the house very soon after my concerns were expressed and the sofa was repaired. All in all I would recommend this business!
