I was looking for a California King mattress and no one in Winnipeg had one, and they were all saying the same thing, 2 weeks to 6 weeks. He promised he could get me a mattress the next day, so I took a chance and bought a mattress Thursday at noon and I got a call that it was ready Friday at 10am. Super happy with the quick service and the mattress is exactly what I expected!
We prefer firm mattresses and I could not find one of my choice. Mattress and More customized my mattress and we got it within a month. Very satisfied with the service.

Went in and had a salesman name Brett come up to us immediately and asked us what we were looking for. Told him we were looking for a Bloom mattress and he told us where they were and showed us all the Bloom options there were. Brett told us about the clearance mattresses that they had, that were above our budget, but after we said we weren't interested he never brought it up again. MX: Summary: 11/10 would recommend!Salesperson started with their basic mattress and helped narrow down what I was looking for, all the while explaining differences between the mattresses. No pushiness whatsoever; she was very friendly and patient. The mattress I got also feels great! Finally had a good long sleep after so long.Delivery is on Saturday as well which is wonderful! They call you to let you know when they expect to deliver it, so that you aren't waiting the entire day for them to come by.

Brought home a very firm bed but after trying it out for a couple days, decided it was too hard. Contacted them to see what we can do and they offered to fix it to make it medium firm no charge and took less than an hour. Will definitely purchase here again.

That was my first long side and brand new mattress so I wanted something good got me and especially my always sore back.We were recommended lates mattress by our friends and after discussing the options with the staff with decided to go with lates.The mattress was made in the timeline that was indicated, delivery men brought it up to the bedroom as it’s extremely heavy. The protector cover is included.Anyhow it’s been a year sleeping on that mattress and I love it! I stopped waking up feeling broken and with sore back. Best decision ever, even though it wasn’t easy to make and choose one.I highly recommend to take their delivery as it’s worth it.

Staff knows what they are talking about and can show you many options before they build your bed. With so many material choices, they do not have display beds with every type but try all in the display room to get a feel for what you want.
