Kristina Lavallee: I really don’t see what’s the problem with this store by reading everyone’s negative reviews. I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome and was directed to the right sales associate to assist me with finding foundation. As I was waiting, the other sales associate smiled at me that made me feel safe and welcomed in the store. The woman that helped me find the right foundation was very knowledgeable and would always ask before applying to my hand to find correct colour and then applied onto my face to see the results. I was so surprised how it helped hid my eczema, how light weight the product is and actually stayed on budget! My experience at this store was amazing and never felt more confident than ever. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the near future!💕

Zelda Mag: I have very sensitive skin so I went to this store to see if they have any items that would suit me. The sales representative was so professional and knew the products very well. I bought the foaming bath bars, which I absolutely love for my skin. She also gave me a moisturizer, which so far, has been more beneficial than the expensive creams at the pharmacy. Awesome place, awesome service!

Whenever you walk into Lush it’s a relaxing vibe and you’re not bombarded with employees trying to make a sale, it feels like a friend helping you find the product that’s right for you. Not to mention how environmentally friendly the company is, their products feel natural and the packaging is so smart, make sure to pick up a tote bag while you’re there!

Pink Bubble: Sylvester was absolutely incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and wonderful! I haven't shopped at Lush in awhile nor took the time before like I needed to truly understand the incredible selection of products they have from face treatments like Grease Lightening to help with pimples to a variety of scrubs and even face serums in the handy form of a bar! They also have brought back some cool makeup, and have expanded to now include body fragrances as well. Their moisturizing Charity Pot balm is absolutely the best and will definitely look to expand my repertoire thanks to their samples upon request that will make you see they are worth the visit and purchase! Thank you again, Sylvester and team for your positive impact and influence! Thank you also to El for being absolutely fabulous as well! Truly helped me expand my Lush collection and knowledge! Definitely felt like part of the Lush family!

I don’t always get the privilege of visiting LUSH stores in person, so every visit counts. Whether you’re looking to try something different or maybe considering a small business- this is a great class for you. Rebecca was very well organized and was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with the class. The supplies she provided were top notch and the reference material was thorough and easy to understand. By the end of the class I felt that I had enough confidence to try this at home. I really look forward to attending her more advanced classes.

PAMN: I was looking for a hand cream and the lady at the counter suggested me to give the 20% shea butter dry skin hand cream from Loccitane en Provence a try. What I liked is the service was prompt and the product gave me instant results!
Anna Owczarek: I love l'occitane products!!! In my opinion they are well worth it. As far as customer service it's a touch and go. The part-time staff needs more training in product and the art of customer service.

Down to earth, knowledgeable, honest are not my usual adjectives to describe "sales people" but are definitely how I would describe my entire experience today. There was the right amount of options in various areas of products in the store so I was not overwhelmed with decisions. Walked away feeling confident that my purchases today are a great start to being a better conscious consumer. This is the one place I need with the right people to help!
