Kristina Lavallee: I really don’t see what’s the problem with this store by reading everyone’s negative reviews. I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome and was directed to the right sales associate to assist me with finding foundation. As I was waiting, the other sales associate smiled at me that made me feel safe and welcomed in the store. The woman that helped me find the right foundation was very knowledgeable and would always ask before applying to my hand to find correct colour and then applied onto my face to see the results. I was so surprised how it helped hid my eczema, how light weight the product is and actually stayed on budget! My experience at this store was amazing and never felt more confident than ever. I’ll definitely be returning to this location in the near future!💕

Zelda Mag: I have very sensitive skin so I went to this store to see if they have any items that would suit me. The sales representative was so professional and knew the products very well. I bought the foaming bath bars, which I absolutely love for my skin. She also gave me a moisturizer, which so far, has been more beneficial than the expensive creams at the pharmacy. Awesome place, awesome service!
Jason: Went to Lush at Polo today and had the pleasure of being served by Lora and Raisal. i just want to thank them for their amazing customer service, truly a lost art and they are absolutely amazing! It was a pleasure to see and to experience! I will be definitely coming back to this store specifically. These two wonderful people deserve a huge raise and a massive high five. Paitin Cartwright: I love lush so much! All of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Whenever you walk into Lush it’s a relaxing vibe and you’re not bombarded with employees trying to make a sale, it feels like a friend helping you find the product that’s right for you. Not to mention how environmentally friendly the company is, their products feel natural and the packaging is so smart, make sure to pick up a tote bag while you’re there!

Pink Bubble: Sylvester was absolutely incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and wonderful! I haven't shopped at Lush in awhile nor took the time before like I needed to truly understand the incredible selection of products they have from face treatments like Grease Lightening to help with pimples to a variety of scrubs and even face serums in the handy form of a bar! They also have brought back some cool makeup, and have expanded to now include body fragrances as well. Their moisturizing Charity Pot balm is absolutely the best and will definitely look to expand my repertoire thanks to their samples upon request that will make you see they are worth the visit and purchase! Thank you again, Sylvester and team for your positive impact and influence! Thank you also to El for being absolutely fabulous as well! Truly helped me expand my Lush collection and knowledge! Definitely felt like part of the Lush family!

I don’t always get the privilege of visiting LUSH stores in person, so every visit counts. heyitsjaddle !: Probably the nicest staff in the whole mall. They have a sink to wash hands rather than sanitize which is so nice. The staff treated us like friends and were incredibly helpful and patient. They knew about the products, and even added a sample with my purchase. The store is always organized and clean. The whole experience was a 5/5!

Endless Pawsibilities: I'm assuming it was the manager who helped out my girlfriend and I yesterday. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and so informative! My friend and I had a ton of questions, and she answered every single one of them without hesitation. She knows her stuff! When we were checking out at the register, the other staff member working had joined us and we had a super fun little chit chat. Amazing gals at this location!
