Honestly, that took half my stress away. They then rallied up their forces, and Pat came charging in with SO much incredible advice and they all took charge of my situation like it was their own. I left their store with my issue completely resolved and it took such little time. They carefully listened to my issue, presented options, timelines and price points, and offered alternatives I hadn't even considered. Additionally, and perhaps more importantly, all three of them demonstrated such human connection, compassion and kindness, on top of knowledge and intelligence of their products and industry. Kelvin Hildebrandt: , they went the extra mile, and found some discontinued stock for some gorgeous travertine stone tiles sitting in their Calgary warehouse, got them shipped out for free, and then GAVE them to us for nothing because of some minor chips on the tiles

Kirk Pascal: I called Carrara to see if I could buy 4' x 8' sheets of kerdi board for a renovation as home Depot doesn't sell them that large.I got in touch with Matt and he was extremely helpful. When I visited the location he got everything prepped for me and explained how to install. He also took the time to explain other shower systems and what kinds of tiles would work for our needs.Customer service was great, and I will give them my business again.
Colin Ward: Matt and the team at Carrara were exceptional to deal with. We changed our mind after ordering our tile and wanted to extend the install into our foyer. Matt ordered more tile for us, got it in immediately for our installer, and even made sure to match the dye lot as our initial order. I also needed a tiny amount of a different grout colour for our niche inlay. Matt let us fill up a cup of grout from an open bag. Above and beyond service. Thank you!

The entire leadtime was 2 weeks from time of measuring the counters. Actual work in our home started Monday and was DONE by Friday 11am.
