Tal MacIsaac (Chantal): Was a great experience! Staff were very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. They have the coolest new technology for eye exams and the doctor was happy to share the imaging with me. So neat seeing your own inner eye! They happily provide my prescription via email which was wonderful as I have had trouble in the past getting a copy.

James Beauchamp: Just discovered eitv when I moved into the area. They were a great help when I broke my frames, getting them replaced under warranty with no cost to me. I no longer live around the corner but they've got a customer for life.So sorry to hear of Benji's passing. He brightened the place up, especially when he showed up with S~ coffee for the staff.

Darcy Peters: I have seen both Dr. Shumsky and Dr. Evans. They are both remarkable. Dr. Shumsky is my regular Doc, and he is outstanding in the way he takes the time to thoroughly examine my eyes, and provide thorough explanations. In my 57 years, I have never encountered the level of care and professionalism exhibited here.
Angela S: I found a great eye doctor, recommended by a long time friend and I agree that he was fabulous with great bedside manner. However, the front desk made a point of telling me they don't 'deal with First Nation health care benefits, but accept everything else. This made me feel very small. On Treaty Land but won't accept health care benefits from Treaty people. Shameful

Dr. Recksiedler has always been one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever meet. Her exams are incredibly thorough and she is dedicated to providing the best eye care possible to her patients. From routine exams to emergencies she has always been available and provided exemplary care. I have a rather strong Rx and she has been able to handle my eye care needs perfectly. I have referred numerous patients to her and they have all been very satisfied. The staff at Visual Eyes are beyond excellent.They are caring and have tremendous patience with their clientele. If things are not perfect, they will make them so. They always go that extra mile to make things right!

Since covid-19 they had to close like everything else so I wasn't going to be able to order me glasses, Dr.Recksiedler went in one day so I could go in to order them then when they arrived there she delivered them to me . They really care about there customers and it shows. Both my mother and daughter have gone since they have been able to reopen are were also very pleased with their experience.
