They were very thorough and conscientious. Darrell Flett: I want to give a big shout out to Desco Automotive! Last January I took my vehicle in because I was loosing coolant. It turned out that it was the water pump. Not a cheap repair but Desco backed up their work when my low coolant warning light recently came on. I looked under the hood and my coolant was a little low. I topped it up and drove about 400 km with no issues. To be on the safe side, I decided to take the vehicle back to Desco. They put it up on the hoist and they removed a couple of panels and assured me that there were no leaks. Olivia McCorriston: 31 darn degrees! My air conditioner goes! I took it to Canadian Tire and they did a horrible hack job, then, 5 hours later told me it was $90 and they couldn’t fix it!I called around…. 3 week wait!… i hate to suggest these guys because they were so quick, professional, honest and knowledgeable! My vehicle will never go anywhere else! I hate to suggest these guys because you all will love them as much as i do and maybe appointments won’t be “next day” bring it down! They are truly an amazing, friendly and reliable bunch! My air conditioning was fixed, fixed right, and fixed in half the time and less than the Canadian Tire quote. Think Canada Auto not the other Canada guys! See you next time!

Returning from the airport, I found myself far from home and in an unsafe driving situation, with tires that were literally about to fall off my vehicle. I stopped by to check if anyone could help me out and both the front desk person and the mechanic jumped into action! They took my car in immediately, diagnosed and fixed the issue and took it for a safety test drive, all within a few minutes of my arrival. On top of that, they charged me next to nothing for this emergency intervention and got me back on my way. I am so thankful for their willingness to help out a wayward motorist without hesitation. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, He came off as a cool and honest guy and I enjoyed speaking with him briefly. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Tom did forget to book me in but they were very accommodating and got my work done quickly anyway. I showed up to pay my bill with two screaming fighting kids and they gave the kids cookies.
