dhruvraj raulji: Take Sushi has always been my favorite take out spot for sushi. Their sushi are just so fresh and delicious. The seafood just melts in your mouth. I especially like their shrimp sushi they are the best. Tempura crumbs also add a layer of crunchiness to all kinds of sushi. Salmon, scallop, shrimps, tuna, you just can't be wrong with any of those. Also, their combos are great to like the salmon mania. If you don't feel like choosing what to have that's you go. The prices are reasonable and not far fetched. Definitely if you want to enjoy sushi at home. This is it.

Sinhyuk Oh: The owner have just changed a week ago and the place is nothing but a surprise. The quality and the quantity you get out of this store is amazing, with the money you are paying. The chef has 10 years experience and the quality is guaranteed! because of this, there are almost no waiting time. Store is also very clean and great for some quite and quality times. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who's out there looking at this!

Martin Alvaro: We live in River Heights and this is our go-to take-out sushi spot. Good fish & avocado to rice ratio. Salmon avocado roll and the sushi pizza are our staples. I cannot wait to go back again. We had an assortment of different rolls, sushi, sashimi.. And even this time got udon yaki, which was absolutely amazing. All the food was delicious.
Wow! Excellent experience all around! I’ve passed the place many times and decided to stop in and grab a roll to go and walk to the Forks to eat it. Service was amazing…super friendly and efficient. Packaging was perfect and presentation was really really nice! I’ll be back for sure!

If you ever go I would recommend TNT salmon sushi, hands down best in Winnipeg.Vegetarian options: Has a variety of vegetarian and vegan options which in a whole attracts all sorts of customers.

We chatted with her a bit after the dinner service.This is a 3.5 star for food but I might give it another try due to the service.My friends have complained I am pickier about Japanese food since I used to work in that industry...I didn't pay so I can't say how I found the value. I enjoyed the Hamachi nigiri the most. Since there were 3 of us there were a number of items I did not get to eat, so I felt like giving them a lower rating wasn't fair, so rounded up this time instead.

A: This is a decent sushi restaurant. Nice place for a date night. Never super busy, never any children. The service is always top notch and the quality of the fish is excellent. I was disappointed when they stopped serving Yellowtail, but they always have different types of tuna and salmon available. I can't comment on any of their cooked rolls as I have never tried them.

Kazumi Yoshino: Their sushi is by far the best of the best in Winnipeg! Miso soup was little bit off but all sushi we ordered were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The mushroom miso paste on the sushi was a big hit.The server is friendly as well. A bit pricy but definitely worth it.

Judith Vicente: Summary: Great little place for a more casual date with unique sushi.The restaurant is a small place with 3 tables of 4 & 1 table of 2. I made reservations for a Saturday evening. While the tables were all full when we arrived, no other patrons came while we were there so I don't think reservations are necessary.The Good:The sushi we ordered had a unique flavour and was quite delicious. The pieces themselves were a little small and I'd say the price per roll was on the higher end. While the flavours were different compared to other sushi places, there were a few rolls that we ordered that tasted similar to each other.The decor was minimal with some Japanese themed banners and a wall of Japan city scape wallpaper.Opportunity:My tea was room temperature at best and other than the cook, she might be been the only other staff that day so we hardly saw her except when she came out with food. The service was a little slow. Having said that, the service wasn't terrible and she was pleasant which is why I used the word "opportunity".Overall I'd give this a rating of 3.7.. a little higher than 3.5 but not quite 4.

Aburi sushi has many dishes inspired from Osaka Japan and the uniqueness really shows.The golden sand roll is phenomenal so I highly recommend that if you’re stuck on what to order. Equivalent quality is probably Naru special rolls which also are on the pricey side too. So I think that’s fair. The aburi salmon pro was really good, other maki rolls were 6-7/10. The only thing we would like to change is the ratio of rice to fish

I couldnt really find anything that needs major improvements.So here are a few suggestions:- The way sashimi is cut and presented could use some work. We had uneaven cuts and end peices that were falling appart.- Ordering is abit old school, hopefully they upgrade to a digital ordering.- Personally I wished they served appetizer type dishes together I had some appatizers arrive late at the end of the meal.

Rachel Chan: Friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome. In addition to that, the food is incredible! The fish from the poke I had tasted very fresh and the yaki udon was so flavourful! Definitely a go-to in the neighbourhood and a must-try, for sure!
