Brad B: Went to get some new steel boots today and at the recommendation of some co workers I tried work boot warehouse on regent. Service was terrible/non existent. Went to marks next and finally to Canadian footwear on st. Mary’s rd. I was greeted by Todd who was phenomenal, unlike the other 2 places they had everything in my size in stock, he measured my feet, took the time to recommend different options, opened them up and pulled out the insoles to measure against my feet, he even laced them up for me. Todd was fantastic, a true professional. Exceptional customer service, highly recommend.

P. HAll: Excellent location to purchase footwear. Staff are professional and unlike other shops, measure your foot to get the right size. Selection was excellent and getting different sizes of the same footwear was quick.They really do ensure you are happy with your choice before you purchase. Also have a good return policy if you aren't happy with the fit when you get home.

You get to sanitize your hands and provided with an attendant.The attendant will guide your shopping experience. They can quickly find what you are looking for, make sure it's a good fit.Experienced staff makes the shop fast and easy.Prices are on par with other stores. They have a great variety of quality footwear. I have bought several pairs of Keen's and work shoes from them.Update 2022 JuneBought some Darn tough socks, lifetime warranty we will see how good these merino wool socks are.

Erik Bowles-Lapointe: Went into this place and all I could smell was a strong fecal stench coming from the back of the store, it was permeating the entire clearance section and leaking into the rest of the store. It left a strong smell in my nose that wouldn’t clear up. It stuck in my clothes for 2 days, and my family complained.

Dre Peters: I was looking throughout Wpg for a special pair of Birkenstock sandals for my wife's Christmas gift. Every major store/box store didn't have them in stock, and they were out of season. As a "last ditch" attempt, I called the European Shoe Shop and spoke with a very friendly lady.... the store HAD THE EXACT BRAND AND SIZE THAT I NEEDED FOR MY WIFE. I arrived at the store within the hour and picked them up.The lady asked if I would like them gift wrapped... I said, "Sure.. thank you!" She then gave the shoes/box to another lady who went to the back of the store. Five minutes later, the lady came back with a beautifully wrapped AND bowed present. I said that my wife would definitely know that I couldn't have wrapped this gift... it was a "work of art"... They didn't want anything extra for the wrapping... I said that I would have gladly paid for this extra "above and beyond service."I HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking for beautiful dress shoes and sandals for men and ladies... you have to go to the EUROPEAN SHOE SHOP and be assisted by these awesome ladies/staff.p.s.I bought these Dec. 23rd mid-afternoon. I'm usually a Dec. 24th shopper... as a man, I get my "best shopping work done on the 24th".😁
