David P: Great food and service. And consistently good over the years. A regular spot we frequent. The mexican breakfast, tortiere, and house salad with their nutritional yeast based dressing are favorites. Parking is sometimes frustrating at this location as it is generally paid street parking if you are driving. And the bathroom is in the U of W building next door. Often filled with the university population who live in the area. No patio but interior space is decorated nicely.

Hargrave St. Market: what do users think?

C.A. Thomas: Nice space in the heart of downtown. Vendors are on the pricier side but all in all it's worth it.Atmosphere: 5/5 …

Christopher Sigurdson: Now don't get me wrong, this is a great spot to meet for business, beers or food, my only issue is as someone who can cook, it's hard to justify going for tacos, sandwiches or burgers when I can cook for a full party at home for less. I like that they've tried to keep things local, the music is good, and the vibe is great. One thing I don't like though is that they use the serving robots. Seems like that'd be a few easy entry level jobs that they kaiboshed.

Missy Isles: This place was busy! We visited during the week at lunch time, and there were lines at just about every establishment. It is such a cool place! It has a great variety, so there is something to fit everyone's palette. We are at Saburo, where we got a Dan Dan Bao Bun. We also got a DeNiro pizza at Gusto North. If you have ever desired an upscale mall food court, this is worth your attention! I wish we had more time to look around and try each location because it seems like each restaurant has their own unique qualities!

Sweet Aroma Chinese Restaurant: what do users think?

Li Trich: Authentic north Chinese food ! Tasty!

T W: This is one of the most authentic Chinese restaurants I’ve found in Winnipeg since moving from Toronto (which obviously has a lot of great authentic food. Owners are so friendly, and I’ve enjoyed all the dishes I’ve tried.

Stefy Sotiriadou: We ordered for the first time and their spring rolls were great, we loved my husband’s ginger beef and my fried rice was also delicious. This will be our new go to Chinese place I think!

Cody Fullerton: My partner and I noticed this place opened a few days ago and thought we'd give it a try. The food was great, full of flavour and the portions were large, enough for lunch the next day too. We will definitely be ordering again. One thing to be aware of if you're vegetarian is some of the dishes listed under "Vegetable" have meat in them, make sure to ask when you order.

Stella's on Grant: what do users think?

Tal MacIsaac (Chantal): Parking: It is a free parking lot but it services many business in the strip mallDietary restrictions: During the visit there were two of us who are vegan and one who is gluten intolerant, both were easily accommodated!

Marina Havard (Marishinka): Edit. The salad use to be the best now meh. And the barley soup was slimy. Not worth it. The pancakes and the cafe breakfast are always the best option. Our first time in years, for this location. Looks gorgeous and the patio looked great. The water cup had marks on the cup. All stella’s Locations started serving small eggs. The pancakes weren’t as good as before. They were basic and definitely no vanilla in the mix. The chorizo hash was terrible. Like boiled hash. Needed so much hot sauce. The food has no quality standards left. I don’t even taste salt or pepper. The coffee was dinner coffee. All a skip.

Kit Pfeiffer: Wonderful cocktails and great food. We came for oyster night they were worth it!While the restaurant does have mains and features, we opted to share and had oysters, calamari, and ended the evening with a nice cheese plate. The custom cocktails were great, lots of variety. They also had fabulous wines.

North Garden (University Cres.): what do users think?

Jasmine: I forgot to take some pictures when we were there. We went there for dim sum. We used to live in BC in the lower mainland area and had our fair share of good quality dim sum. North Garden is comparable if not better. Their dim sum sizes are huge! Shiu Mai and Hargow are huge, ingredients are very fresh, and we enjoyed their beef ribs and pork ribs too, and beef balls! The pictures you see online does not do it justice. Atmosphere is very clean and pleasant. The prices are much higher but the portions make up for it. They also sell Chinese pastry and frozen dim sum for you to take out. For the two of us the bill came up to $70 including tip. It was on the high side. Parking was limited. They also have a bubble tea shop inside the restaurant.

Kailey Enns: We ordered through skip but thisbis where my family had been ordering loyaly all the way through my childhood. Hands down THE BEST lemon chicken in the itt with a beautiful sauce. Not overly sweet and with a nice tartness. All the food we ordered was delicious and exactly what we ordered. We also recieved a free drink. I went to se whay it was butnitnqasnt even on their menu. It. Was. Delicious. Some kind of iced tea with passion fruite, lemon slices and some kind of fruit that looked like a tiny lime. It was sweet, a little tart and with just a touch of bitter that was omplimented by the sweetness and sourness of real fresh fruit. It was so delicious and a free complimentary part of our meal. Thank you North Garden, as usual you didn't dissapoint.
