There was close competition between the companies I looked into for the service, however Perry Wellington Painting came up on top, primarily the customer service and the price. The customer service from beginning to end was definitely the highlight, I was able to communicate with the owners even provided me with their direct numbers and are professional, friendly and receptive to how I wanted the painting done, they also advised me of what fixes were required before the exterior painting begins, and provided background why it is needed. Referred me a carpenter who I also received excellent customer service from. Workers on site were also friendly and professional, once completed the lead supervisor made sure I was content and happy with the end result, and listened to my request for some retouches and sharpening paint lines. Gary Honey: I enthusiastically recommend Stephen’s Edge Painting. The owner Pete went well above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the results. We had them paint the exterior of our home, an old style elaborately coved living room ceiling, a large outdoor wood deck and indoor gazebo floor. We were very pleased with the results with all 3 projects. The deck was a challenge as it had been painted over several times and was peeling and fading badly. A real eyesore. Pete explained how stain was the only solution. After extensive sanding a stain was applied to remarkable results. Our 20 year old deck now looks new! Excellent work and reasonable prices. The Darkness: One of the other reasons I would highly recommend this company was their willingness to work with me. As this was an estate and had to be cleared out, I ran into some time delays with coordinating different vendors. As a result, my timeline to get Pete and his crew in, changed a few times. Pete was gracious about it and said he could work around my schedule, which he did. The day that I said he could come was the day he showed up.The work was professional, clean and quick. Pete painted a 1200 sq ft condo in 2 days. He even came back, after the job was done, to touch up some walls that got scuffed by a repairman.Conclusion: I would hire Stephen's Edge, again, to do further painting jobs. But don't take my word, call around and get a bunch of quotes. You'll find that this company prices competitively and are very keen to get your business.

Debbie Nieminen: In 2002 Madani Group did stucco repair on our home and applied the Premium Quality Elastomeric Coating. They were great from start to finish. They provided their estimate, helped us with color selection and when it came time to complete the work, their workers did it quickly and efficiently. We were impressed with how courteous their workers were. They came once to do the stucco repair. The second time they came, they taped all the doors and windows, applied the coating and did a great job on clean-up. After that the lead worker went with us all around the house to see if there were any deficiencies and he actually pointed out a few things he had his workers fix. They left all the procduct that was not used for us to use for futuer repairs. We referred Madani to my sister and her job was completed this year. Gary Green: I hired Art And Beyond to repair a water damaged ceiling in the rec room. The damaged portion was stapled ceiling tiles that matched the drop ceiling in the rest of the rec room. the ceiling tiles were no longer available. A drop ceiling could not be used in the area.
