Stan Lipnowski: I have been going to Dr Recksiedler since she started here and have yet to leave a review. Thought it was time to do so. Dr. Recksiedler has always been one of the kindest and nicest people you will ever meet. Her exams are incredibly thorough and she is dedicated to providing the best eye care possible to her patients. From routine exams to emergencies she has always been available and provided exemplary care. I have a rather strong Rx and she has been able to handle my eye care needs perfectly. I have referred numerous patients to her and they have all been very satisfied. The staff at Visual Eyes are beyond excellent.They are caring and have tremendous patience with their clientele. If things are not perfect, they will make them so. They always go that extra mile to make things right!
David Young: Went too get eye check up and saw dr styba , this guy is so awesome, easy to deal with and very thorough, he went out of his way too do tests to make sure I didn’t have issues. Most dr I see , it’s in and out , just a great experience overall. Will go yearly to see dr styba . Very gentle and kind person. Go see and support him and leave a review.

I had a full eye exam, we discussed my concerns and I was confident in her advice. I purchased reading glasses which really help. All of the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. daniel locke: Definitely the best vision care I've ever received. The exam was extremely comprehensive and Dr. Recksiedler took the time to fully explain the results and diagnosis. I never felt rushed and the optician was great with helping me find a nice pair of frames at a reasonable price that was within my insurance coverage. I will absolutely continue as a patient here.

I have been a patient of hers for many years and my whole family are also patients of hers. Going to see her is so much fun, the conversations and the care.....what more could one ask for? She is such a genuine person whose aura just makes you feel so at ease. Her staff is amazing as well and make you feel well cared for.Dr. Reckseidler sets the bar extremely high and sets a great example to all of us, especially children on the reality of doing something you are passionate about. She does it with poise, joy and something special that just lights up her whole being. It is really awesome to work with someone so wonderful and awesome.

Pat Bhatta: I and my daughter went there to see Dr. Kristine Massicotte today. This is our first visit. Dr. Kristine is very knowledgeable, and she spent nearly two hours for us. Checked our eyes very well and provided suggestion, and advice. She was never in any rush. A great place with an expert doctor.

Amanda Enns: I was referred by my doctor for an exam. I saw Dr.Menon she was nice and explained everything to me before doing it. The other staff were amazing also. Since covid-19 they had to close like everything else so I wasn't going to be able to order me glasses, Dr.Recksiedler went in one day so I could go in to order them then when they arrived there she delivered them to me . They really care about there customers and it shows. Both my mother and daughter have gone since they have been able to reopen are were also very pleased with their experience.

Cindy Craig: This is my second time getting my eyes checked here, the last time was 2 years ago and they are still polite and positive! The technicians explain every procedure that they’re doing and are kind while doing it. My optometrist, Dr Chow is very kind and personable and made sure to see if I had any questions about my prescription or upcoming procedure I need to have done. All together I was very impressed with everyone in the building!

I was assisted in finding a pair of glass and I was unsure of what I wanted, but they were patient with me and helped me find my perfect everyday pair! My old glasses were a bit loose in the arms and didn’t fit my face the way they should have so one of the staff member fixed them and made sure that they were comfortable and I was happy with them before send me home! Very satisfied 100% recommend this place to anyone needing help!

NA: I went to the optical store to fix my glasses , which I brought from my home country. The lady there was so nice and helpful. She helped me fix my glasses and also gave me advice on how to take care of them !
