Denise Hildebrand: The woman who assisted me was amazing. She helped me pick out suitable frames and spent a lot of time explaining the different progressive options. I highly recommend her. The store has tons of frame options.
Matt Gunner: The screw from my glasses fell out while i was at work managed to keep it from getting lost untill my shift was over and the absolutely friendly staff was gracious enough to not only put the screw back in, but replaced it with a new one. Thank you and when i am in neednof new glasses ill definitely be returning here.

Graysdir: Dr. Jared Oliver is very friendly, courteous, and professional. He really wanted to make sure our prescriptions were perfect. Also had a great experience with Oleh, as he spent a lot of time with us and was very patient and friendly. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

Michelle: Lots of selection at this store - something for everyone with all the glasses on display. You can get an optometrist arranged eye exam at this location - prebooking required as the eye doctor is only there on certain days. Very helpful staff. I have gotten my last few pairs of glasses from there and got very good service. From progessive lenses to reading glasses to sunglasses - they offer all the different types of glasses. Prescription sunglasses can be made with a outward tint and a mirror coating if you like.
Bonzy Bones: Looking for a new home to purchase my glasses. I did not have an appointment, however, Michael invited me in. I explained the reason I was there and I was treated with the utmost respect. After looking around for a while, I found 7 frames that I loved. Narrowed it down to 3. I made the decision to make this my new home for my glasses. Kristen, the manager was so helpful. They treated me like a family member and not a client. Thank you for making my task so easy. I would highly recommend going to this location on Pembina because of Michael and Kristen.

Richard Eliuk: I had forgot my glasses at home about 500 km away and was in dire need of new glasses to be able to see while I drive at night. I walked in, and Leslie immediately greeted me and began helping pick out some frames. Once I had them picked out, Carly immediately helped get the lenses fitted into the frames. I felt bad for being in a bit of a rush but they were so accommodating and helpful!! Before I had my claim submitted my glasses were complete. If you need affordable frames and lenses come here! Great service and great selection.
