Heather’s energetic personality helps to push out deadlines under pressure, all while making it look so easy, while her deep passion for the environment forces us all to take better care of mother earth.

Experienced with a wealth of knowledge about design, one can’t help to be aware of Katlyn’s meticulous nature and attention to detail. With her work always being thoughtful, insightful and deliberate, it is no surprise that she can work well within a team environment and deliver projects while pressing and preserving flowers, humming along to her favourite Christmas tune all year long, and giving many cuddles to her dog and son.

In a sea of black clothing, Cynthia does not shy away from wearing colour in the office. She felt awkward about the “all black” look for RIDI’s official photoshoot but as an energetic and passionate designer she is deeply interested in contemporary art, loves taking late Sunday brunches, and enjoys going on walks with her partner and two dogs, Honey and Deethra.
