From the second we walked in the front door, we were made to feel like Kings and Queens. I'm absolutely blown away at the attention to detail the staff showed, which is very rare in today's world. Our waiter Patrick went so far above and beyond his position, he should be serving Kings and Queens. He is such a valuable asset to this business. We came hungry and with Patrick's desire to provide an excellant dining experience , and his amazing knowledge of in-house products , well we left totally fulfilled and even had some take home, yummy. .     Shawn Pflueger: Went for the wonderful Nutcracker High Tea. My partner booked the seats so I don't know if it's still available, but it was a great experience. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. They have a special menu for the kids too which our young one loved. We even stole a few bites from each other.Extra surprise was the Santa sitting near the entrance. He was so still I accidentally mistook him for a statue initially. We of course got a family photo with jolly saint nick.Velvet Glove of course is great anytime. I'd be worried for my pocketbook if I worked downtown.

    Nathan VanGrootheest: Great food and great service! Went here for a late dessert as we were spending the night at the Fairmont, nice atmosphere with music nice and quiet as background only. Dessert was great, but definitely pricey!
