Shawn Pflueger: Went for the wonderful Nutcracker High Tea. My partner booked the seats so I don't know if it's still available, but it was a great experience. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. They have a special menu for the kids too which our young one loved. We even stole a few bites from each other.Extra surprise was the Santa sitting near the entrance. He was so still I accidentally mistook him for a statue initially. We of course got a family photo with jolly saint nick.Velvet Glove of course is great anytime. I'd be worried for my pocketbook if I worked downtown.
Liezl Calitis: it was not very busy - which was great for us!Aside from going to experience the high tea life, we were also sending off a friend who was moving and they were very accommodating and made that occassion very special. I would definitely go back to do it again!The hotel does have street parking, but they also have a parkade

Alexia Breen: everybody was RAVING about the food all night, many even went on to say it was the best wedding food they have ever had. It was an extremely reasonable price, it worked out to between $20-$25 a head which left us with a fair amount of leftovers, even with people getting second or even third helpings. Highly recommend considering them for your next event.

T Eu: First time eating here and came for Sunday brunch. Choices were great and change weekly. You can get an order on the menu or choose the family style menu which we did. The menu comes with eggs sausages and bacon vegetables and whichever is the selection for the week. Unlimited refills! Then came dessert which was cheesecake and crumble. I ordered the coconut cappuccino and that was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was whimsical and inviting and lots of parking on the street that was free. The service was great!
Emily Hearn: We held my sister's small wedding reception at Chaise Café & Lounge, and every guest was delighted by the food and the atmosphere! The front of the building is stunning and makes a beautiful backdrop for dinner and/r photos. The rooms inside are the perfect setting for gatherings. Stacy's service was impeccable, and we were all extremely well fed and attended to. The Family Style Prix Fixe dinner meant everyone got to try some new things, and many guests were thrilled to find new favourites. I would highly recommend Chaise Café & Lounge for a solo meal, a date, or a group gathering.

I love the ambience here.Wheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator to take you to second floor for dining. Great for people with mobility issues.

From the second we walked in the front door, we were made to feel like Kings and Queens. I'm absolutely blown away at the attention to detail the staff showed, which is very rare in today's world. Our waiter Patrick went so far above and beyond his position, he should be serving Kings and Queens. He is such a valuable asset to this business. We came hungry and with Patrick's desire to provide an excellant dining experience , and his amazing knowledge of in-house products , well we left totally fulfilled and even had some take home, yummy. . I cannot stress enough that If you want the Dining experience of a lifetime. Then forget the rest and dine at Bailey's. You will not regret it. So impressed with our experience and we will be back k. Mike C: Perfect temp with cream cheese on the inside, outstanding. Ordered beef ribs, if I go there 25 times I will order the beef ribs 24 times. Great flavor,tender and not dry at all. Sides were fries and veggies both cooked perfectly my guess is they change they're oil regularly for the fries. Wife had pork ribs, not sloppy, meaty and delicious. Baked potato was hot and fluffy. Our server MacKenzie was cheerful, welcoming and informative. Overall could not ask for a better server. Chef came out and asked us about our experience so far, we both gave 2 thumbs up. Conclusion: we've found our regular go to restaurant and will be recommending to friends.Will give reviews as we order other meals.
